At the Gardnersville Youth Alliance (GYA), we are guided by a strong and diverse leadership structure committed to advancing community development, youth empowerment, and institutional excellence.
Our Board of Directors is composed of experienced professionals with decades of administrative, leadership, and community service experience. The Board provides strategic direction, policy guidance, institutional oversight, and governance support to ensure transparency, accountability, and the long-term sustainability of the organization.
Our leadership team is deeply rooted in individuals who have spent many years serving Gardnersville Township as respected community elders, religious leaders, administrators, and advocates for social development. Notably, Mr. McNeil is the only Board member currently residing in the United States of America who has joined the team to contribute his international perspective and support to the organizationโs mission.
These experienced professionals play a critical role in strengthening the institution through mentorship, resource mobilization, partnership building, compliance oversight, and advisory support that helps guide the growth and impact of GYA.
Meanwhile, the Executive Committee is made up entirely of passionate young people residing within Gardnersville Township who are responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization. Working closely with our dedicated volunteers, the Executive Committee leads program implementation, community engagement, youth mobilization, and the ex*****on of activities that directly impact our communities.
Together, the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and volunteers continue to demonstrate unwavering commitment to service, leadership, and humanity.
