| 🌟✍️✍️❤️❤️❤️

We are proud to celebrate one of our outstanding Fellows of the Young Africans Leadership Development Institute (YALDI), whose leadership, passion, and commitment to inclusion are creating real change and shaping the next generation of young professionals in her country.

This week, she served with distinction as a facilitator in the transformative program “Building Disability-Inclusive Professionals in Science, Technology, and Innovation,” hosted at the Continental University Institute of Science and Technology (CUIST).

This powerful initiative, implemented by the Coordinating Unit of Associations of Persons with Disabilities, Cameroon (CUAPWD) under Phase 4 of the “Leave No One Behind” project, was more than a training—it was a bold call to action.

During the program, she led insightful sessions on:
🔹 The Role of CUIST in Fostering Disability-Inclusive Professionals

🔹 Integrating Inclusion into STEM and Innovation

🔹 Practical Examples and Opportunities for Inclusive Practice

Her message was clear and compelling: innovation is only impactful when it is inclusive. Through accessible research platforms, inclusive entrepreneurship models, and intentional learning spaces, she continues to champion environments where every mind matters and every voice counts.

We commend her leadership and extend appreciation to CUAPWD for choosing CUIST as a host institution and for steadfastly advancing the rights, dignity, and potential of persons with disabilities within the STEM and innovation ecosystem.

This is the spirit in action—leaders driving purpose, inclusion, and sustainable impact across Africa.

👏 Congratulations on this remarkable milestone and the lives you continue to inspire.
