The firm rooted tree in the green grass shows the time in the African history, when the common people themselves were in control of every aspect of their lives (social, political, cultural, religious and economic).

3. The bright cloud stands for Africa's ho
peful tomorrow with conscious minded individual Africans who will be willing to shift the destiny of the continent to a right direction. is a non-for-profit and non governmental youth organization. Our mission is to make a great impact in transforming and reshaping the future of young people in Liberia and Africa at large. We are involved in massive information sharing through documentary videos, audios and photos that will help young people rethink and better prepare for the challenges ahead. With this mission in mind, we have collected more than 400 copies of various kinds of informative documentary videos and over 200 copies of great audio speeches as well as several copies of historical photos. These video documentaries cover wide range of human and societal issues such as social, religious, political, economic, and environmental as well as developmental issues. There are many Liberians documentaries and also documentaries about other countries’ experiences that could directly or indirectly be compared with similar situations in Liberia. UCA -Liberia is hopeful of creating a border free information sharing system in order to achieve a sustainable path of growth and development on the continent. This is a pledge by the union members, based on a common vision and firm shared conviction, that they have a pressing duty of establishing closer cultural, social, religious and linguistic ties through information sharing initiatives vital for true unity among the people of Africa. Although the fact remains that there are still more Africans who cannot read and write even in their own languages or dialects but realizing that they can comprehend body languages (dramas), accompanied by explanations that their minds can easily catch. The organization therefore endeavors to produce self explanatory documentaries covering all aspects of Africa’s renewed generational growth. It is our understanding that African communities themselves should devote considerably more attention to solving their own problems.UCA feels that it is the scope of access to technology and electronic tools that will profoundly shape the way we obtain information and even the way we share them to enhance true practice of democracy. Because of these huge information barriers, poor communities may not even know what developmental services available for them. Therefore if there are no changes in such trends in African communities, division, hatred and unhealthy rivalries will continue to hold onto the African societies. Aims and Objectives
In view of the above introduction, the organization is poised to pursue the following objectives:
1. To engage in the collection, production and screening of useful
documentary information (photos, videos, audios, ect) as a means of creating the necessary awareness among Africans, especially the youth

And to provide essential information and sensitization for the people, as contribution to the fulfillment of some of the goals of the Poverty Reduction Strategy for the young people of Liberia. Beneficiaries:
The beneficiaries of the program are the people of Liberia. It will give them the opportunity to see other people’s experiences and to also learn from those things they did to recover and change their situation for the better. When people are sufficiently and appropriately informed in time about variety of contemporary issues that confront them, they will forever remain confident of their decisions that are prejudice free. UCA is therefore soliciting partnership with all local and international organizations and institutions including individual donors to make this dream of
“timely and needed information sharing” a reality. Conclusion
A world within our grasp requires timely, and accurate
dissemination of needed and useful information. Imagine
a world where almost every human being would be
informed about both natural and artificial happenings and
therefore live in freedom and dignity. A recent United Nations High- level panel identified five
main categories of threats that the whole world face. They include:
1. Poverty, Infectious disease, and environmental Degradation
2. Armed Conflict-both within and among states
3. Organized Crimes
4. Terrorism and
5. Weapons of Mass Destruction
These above mentioned threats are considered “threats without borders” and therefore by their very nature, multinational cooperation is the way forward. The primary step for this multinational cooperation is the necessary information sharing among the nations, relevant institutions and the people as a whole. Remember, adequate flow of information breeds trust and confidence. Therefore, UCA Inc. encourages every body , society, organization, or nation within the African Continent and beyond to hold firmly to the development of the Continent by ensuring that the younger generations receive accurate, timely and balanced information in taking the continent through the challenges of this new Millennium.
