I want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to Your Excellency Ambassador Joseph N Boakai, President of the Republic of Liberia, for the commendable efforts of your administration in establishing the War and Economic Crimes Court in Liberia, for the Team of Auditors, and the Justice Ministry for handling security issues with maturity.

The 55th Legislature and the Supreme Court of Liberia are also to be commended for their work during the short period of your administration. It is encouraging to see progress being made in various areas under your leadership, and I believe that if these efforts continue, it will be beneficial for the UP-led Government.

However, I must bring to your attention the critical issue of Security Reform in Liberia. While we recommended security reforms to your government, it is crucial that these reforms are carried out in accordance with the law to avoid any potential backlash that could disrupt the peace in Liberia.

There have been concerns raised about the handling of security personnel, particularly the dismissal of EPS Officers without proper benefits. It is important to ensure that these individuals, who have served the government diligently, are entitled to their benefits under the legal framework. Failure to provide them with their due benefits could be perceived as an injustice and reflect poorly on the government.

Furthermore, it is essential to uphold the labor rights of our citizens and ensure that any dismissals or retirements are carried out in accordance with the law. The discriminatory dismissal of over 10,000 government workers by the CDC-led government was a violation of our Constitution and labor laws in Liberia. It is important not to engage in the same practices of bad governance towards our people.

In conclusion, I urge Your Excellency to address the issue of providing EPS Officers with their due benefits and ensure that security reforms are conducted in a fair and legal manner. Upholding the rights of our citizens is essential for a just and prosperous society. Thank you for your attention to these important matters.

But if you are not careful in handling Security Reform in Liberia, CDC officials will use your errors (the EPS Case) to disrupt peace in Liberia as a means of escaping justice. Former President George M. Weah and his officials are finding all means to escape prosecution, so do not give them the opportunity. Pay the EPS their due benefits; let's see how Former President Weah and his officials will escape arrest. Your failure to handle these security personnel (the Armed Officers) appropriately could lead to serious Security issues in the Nation.

Thanks!

Your Excellency Ambassador Joseph N. Boakai, President of the Republic of Liberia, I would like to bring to your attention that although I recommended security reform to your government, it is imperative that such reforms are conducted in accordance with the law.
It has come to my attention that some individuals enlisted into the security sector by former President Weah were not properly trained and some have criminal records, therefore it is crucial that their entitlements are provided for under the legal framework.
These individuals have served the Government of the Republic of Liberia and should be entitled to their benefits, if they are being made redundant or retired as part of security reform efforts.

Failure by the Unity Party led Government to grant them their due benefits would be perceived as an act of injustice against them and could reflect poorly on the government.
It is essential that the labor rights of our citizens are upheld. The CDC-led government's discriminatory dismissal of over 10,000 government workers in the guise of retirement without proper benefits it was a violation of our Constitution and labor laws in Liberia. This is in stark contrast to your previous stance against such practices, and it is important that this issue is addressed promptly,
it is important that you do not engage in the same bad governance practices towards our people. That's Modern Day Slavery. This would violate their fundamental rights and breach our Constitution underthe fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual as provided for in Article 11 & 12 Of the 1986
Constitution of Liberia: Which states: Article 11
(a) All persons are born equally free and independent and have certain natural, inherent and inalienable rights, among which are the rights of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of pursuing and maintaining the security of the person and of acquiring, possessing and protecting property, subject to such qualifications as provided for in this Constitution.
(b) All persons, irrespective of ethnic background, race, s*x, creed, place of origin or political opinion, are entitled to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual, subject to such qualifications as provided for in this Constitution.
(c) All persons are equal before the law and are therefore entitled to the equal protection of the law.

Article 12
No person shall be held in slavery or forced labor within the Republic, nor shall any citizen of Liberia nor any person resident therein deal in slaves or subject any other person to forced labor, debt bo***ge or peonage; but labor reasonably required
in consequence of a court sentence or order conforming to acceptable labor standards, service in military, work or service which forms part of normal civil obligations or service exacted which forms part of normal civil obligations or service exacted in cases of emergency or calamity threatening the life or well-
being of the community shall not be deemed forced labor.
Failure to handle these security personnel (the Armed Officers) appropriately, could lead to serious issues for the nation and its citizens. I am concerned that it may provoke armed robbery incidents.

Thanks!

In the shortest period of his administration, the good work of H.E. Amb. Joseph N. Boakai, the President of the Republic of Liberia, is acknowledged with pleasure.
The successful efforts of the Unity Party (UP) led Government in signing into law the establishment of the War and Economic Crimes Court in Liberia are highly appreciated, this reflects a commitment to justice and accountability.

The changed minds and decisions to support the establishment of the War and Economic Crimes Court in Liberia by the CDC Representatives in the 55th National Legislature of Liberia, particularly the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Representatives, were underestimated.
Those who voted or supported the establishment of the Court in Liberia, including Senator Prince Y. Johnson of Nimba County, have demonstrated their patriotism to our nation.
Your decision to prosecute war and Economic criminals not only demonstrates a dedication to upholding the rule of law, but also sends a powerful message to current and future government officials and politicians regarding the consequences of their actions.
It will serve as deterrent.
This bold step towards justice will undoubtedly create a more conducive environment for investment and national development.

Thanks!
