MY CAMPAIGN MESSAGE TO THE YOUTH OF ST. EDWARD CATHOLIC CHURCH
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
With gratitude to God and a deep commitment to serving our youth, I humbly present myself as your candidate for President of the Catholic Youth Organisation (CYO), St. Edward Catholic Church.
Serving as your Interim President has been a privilege. During this period, we have worked together to ensure that St. Edward CYO remained proactive, visible, and effectively represented at the Parish Pastoral Council (PPCC).
We have demonstrated that when young people are united and committed, our voices are heard, our concerns are respected, and our contributions help shape the future of our parish.
Today, I seek your mandate to continue this journey with renewed energy, clear vision, and accountable leadership.
My Vision for St. Edward CYO
1. Youth Retreats: I will prioritize regular spiritual retreats, recollections, and faith formation programs that will strengthen our relationship with Christ, deepen our Catholic identity, and nurture future leaders.
2. Unity: I will promote a culture of love, inclusion, teamwork, and mutual respect, ensuring that every young person feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to contribute.
3. Accountability: I am committed to responsible stewardship of our resources, transparent decision-making, and leadership that remains answerable to every member of our organization.
4. Transparency: Your voice matters. I will maintain open communication, provide regular reports on our activities and finances, and ensure that every decision is made honestly and in the best interest of our youth.
5. Transformation: Together, we will build a vibrant CYO through leadership development, community service, evangelization, skills training, and meaningful youth-centered programs that inspire positive change.
6. Proper Representation: I will continue to represent the interests of St. Edward CYO with dignity and confidence at the Parish Pastoral Council (PPCC) and every appropriate platform, ensuring that the concerns, ideas, and aspirations of our youth are heard and respected.

Under my interim leadership, St. Edward CYO has remained proactive, engaged, and consistently represented at the Parish Pastoral Council (PPCC). Together, we have laid a solid foundation. Now, let us build on that progress with a leadership that is faithful, transparent, accountable, and dedicated to serving every member.
I believe that our greatest strength is our unity, our greatest mission is to serve Christ, and our greatest responsibility is to build a stronger Catholic youth community for generations to come.
