The Daughters of Bomi, (DOBI) is non- profit community-based organization in Bomi County Liberia. Benson, the DOBI mission is to improve the health, social and economic development of the underprivileged, especially women and girls in Liberia. nancy, s*xual-gender base violence, agriculture and economic empowerment in Liberia. Our Activities
We translate our philosophy of adult illiteracy programs, community developmental programs awareness and advocacy into activities designed to promote a number of benefits for our constituents including:
Generating educational support and school supplies for students especially girls
Supporting substance farming projects for the rural women
Disseminating information about issues affecting less fortunate women and their families. Promoting healthy lifestyles and behaviors through wellness projects. Training and supporting women in community leadership. Supporting economic development and entrepreneurship. Providing mentoring and educational support to our young women
Providing s*x and health education to young boys and girls through workshop and training programs
Providing vocational and skills training
