Dear Esteemed Guests, Staff, and Students,
Today marks a remarkable and unforgettable milestone in our journey—the official launch of the YOCEM Technical and Vocational Training Center on May 2, 2026. Our hearts are filled with gratitude and joy as we reflect on what God has done for us. Truly, history has been made, and this is only the beginning of greater things to come.
To everyone who attended this special event, we say a heartfelt thank you. Your presence added meaning, strength, and honor to this occasion. You stood with us as witnesses to the birth of a vision that seeks to transform lives, empower the youth, and bring hope to the disadvantaged.
To our dedicated staff, your sacrifices, commitment, and hard work have brought this vision to life. This achievement is a testimony of your resilience and belief in the mission. We deeply appreciate you.
To our beloved students—both those who attended and those who could not make it—we want you to know that you are the reason this vision exists. Whether present or absent, you are valued, remembered, and included in this historic moment. This institution is built for you, and your future is our priority.
Above all, we return all glory and honor to God, who has made this day possible. What seemed impossible has become reality, and what started as a dream is now a living testimony.
As we move forward, we encourage everyone to remain connected, committed, and supportive of this noble cause. Together, we will build, grow, and impact generations.
Thank you once again for being part of history.
With sincere appreciation,
YOCEM Leadership

There is a kind of vision that is not born in comfort. It is not raised in applause, nor celebrated in its early days. It is a vision that comes through tears, loneliness, and deep sorrow. That is the story of YOCEM.

YOCEM is not just a project—it is a sacrifice. It is a calling that has passed through fire.
From the beginning, and up to now the journey has not been easy. We faced rejection from people we believed would stand with us. Doors were closed.

Voices rose against us. Some mocked the vision, calling it impossible. Others criticized without understanding the burden behind it.

And the painful truth is this—sometimes the rejection did not come from strangers, but from friends, from family, from those we expected to believe.

There comes a point in life where your vision will separate you from people.

We found ourselves walking alone.
Not because we hated people, but because purpose demanded distance. Not because we wanted isolation, but because the mission required focus.

When you carry something divine, something it meant to impact lives, you cannot always move with the crowd. You must step aside, even if it means standing alone.
We distanced ourselves so that the gospel could be seen in our works, not just heard in our words.

We chose the narrow path—the path of sacrifice, discipline, and obedience.

And in that lonely place, the pain became real.
There were moments of deep sorrow—times when it felt like everything and everyone had left.

Friends disappeared. Family withdrew. Support faded. The silence became louder than the noise we once knew.
But in that silence, one truth remained unshaken:
God never left.

When people walked away, God stayed.
When voices mocked, God spoke peace.
When strength failed, God carried the vision forward.

There is a strength that comes from suffering—a strength that cannot be taught, only experienced.

Every rejection made us stronger. Every criticism refined us. Every moment of mockery pushed us closer to purpose.

And when we look back at the pictures of our struggle—the early days, the empty spaces, the unfinished work, the small beginnings—we do not just see hardship.

We see proof.
Proof that we did not give up.
Proof that the vision survived.

Proof that even in pain, God was building something greater than we understood.
Those pictures are not memories of weakness—they are reminders of resilience. They are testimonies that greatness often begins in broken places.
This lesson is not just about YOCEM—it is about anyone carrying a vision.

If you are rejected, do not stop.
If you are criticized, do not turn back.
If you are mocked, do not lose focus.
Because sometimes, the very people who doubt you today will be the same ones who witness your impact tomorrow.

And if you ever find yourself alone, remember this:
You are not truly alone God is with you.
Let the pain teach you.
Let the silence build you.
Let the struggle strengthen you.

Because the vision of YOCEM is not built on comfort—it is built on sacrifice, faith, and unwavering belief that even in the darkest moments, God is still working.
And that is why we will not give up.
