REGISTRATION for the institution's SECOND APTITUDE TEST or ENTRANCE EXAM for the UPCOMING SEMESTER of its DIPLOMA PROGRAM in PUBLIC SPEAKING is ONGOING and will end SATURDAY, 16 JULY 2022, at 12:30PM while the test will be on the same day, Saturday, 16 July 2022, at the Len Millar High School located 24th Street in Sinkor, Monrovia.
ONLY people in GRADE 12 or ABOVE are ELIGIBLE to write the test.

1. Pay via MOBILE MONEY to 0880-441-583 [LIBERIA INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC SPEAKING (LIPS) INC.]. Make sure you pay from your personal SIM Card so that the payment notice can reflect your name.
2. You may also pay IN CASH at the Testing Center on the day of the Aptitude Test.
