Dube Doe Business Center in collaboration with Convey Foundation Liberia is a Non-Profit Organization looking for volunteers/avid-driven Sales Representatives to actively seek out and engage customers and supporters views. You will be train on how to work cooperatively with people in a group and provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer and supporter in order to boost our revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
❖ Report to base everyday to obtain signatures (Time-in and Time –out) and other materials
❖ Maintain communication with Base, Sales Manager, and Supervisors constantly
❖ Speed up the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize their satisfaction
❖ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
❖ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
❖ Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
❖ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
**failure to comply with any of these duties will result in immediate termination**
QUALIFICATION:
• Must know how to read and write
• Must be very reliable and trustworthy
• Must have an effective Listening, Speaking, and Viewing Skills
• Be at least 18 years old and live closer to the Sinkor area or Central Monrovia
• Must be available to work 6 days a week
• May have a functional smartphone (If possible)
• Proven work experience as a sales representative (If applicable)
• Excellent selling, communication and organizational skills (if possible)
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Be abe to write a comprehensive report field activity. (if possible)
