We have taken an important step forward to our tailored program designed to inspire change makers and future leaders. We created a space where learners can engage, exchange ideas, and explore the issues that matter most to them.

After a week of intensive and interactive learning sessions, we recognized their dedication by awarding Certificates of Participation—an acknowledgment of their commitment to their respective advocacies and the impact they are poised to make.

We are grateful to this cohort of learners under our “She Speaks Leadership Training” component who aspire to lead the change they envision and are courageous enough to take action toward the future they dream of.

We have embarked on a series of intensive training sessions across schools to ensure that students are equipped with the fundamentals of effective and efficient leadership, communication, human rights, and women's political participation under our “She Speaks Leadership Training Component.”

This component of our program aims to empower and incorporate a significant number of females into gender and human rights advocacy, as well as civil and political participation within schools and across communities.

We believe that in the absence of unified voices and resilience, chaos prevails—and many young girls become victims of such circumstances. Therefore, we seek to empower them, strengthen their self-esteem, and build their confidence to speak out on issues confronting society, especially those affecting girls and children.

As we approach the climax of this intensive training, we reaffirm our commitment to empowering, supporting, and promoting every young person and child.

This gone Wednesday, the She Speaks (Greater Vision) participated in our first skill class—learning how to make liquid soap! 🧼💧
From carefully measuring ingredients to mixing the perfect batch, the girls explored every step of the process. Today, we proudly shared the final results, and they turned out amazing! 📸✨

This session wasn’t just about making soap—it was about empowering young women with practical skills for self-reliance and community impact. 💚

When girls are equipped with skills, they can lead, inspire, and transform their communities.
