Meet the instructor/Lecturer for today's session of the Public Health Summer School 2022.

Ms Favour Obasiolu is the founder and editor of Public Health on Demand and is an MPH candidate at the University of Maryland.

Ms Obasiolu is also a hard-working, problem-solving professional with a passion for providing health equity and health access to meet the needs of people. She is most interested in works relating to environmental health and safety, health policy and global health.

She is also passionate about change, and a driver for positive actions within the United States and International Healthcare Systems and Policy space. Lastly, she is skilled in public speaking, analyzing, and leadership.

Ms Obasiolu will be lecturing our students on: Health Policy and Advocacy.

Mr Ike Okoraafor is a highly motivated political scientist and public health professional with an exceptional interest in health policy formulation and implementation which, includes achieving the desired health outcomes that will bridge health disparities such as: gaps in access, quality, and affordability of medical care, especially for the socially disadvantaged population.
He is an innovative problem solver driven towards transparency, compliance, value-adding and efficient solutions. He has Demonstrated leadership ability in a diverse workforce, setting and achieving goals. He's Skilled in presenting complex concepts and data to various audiences, profound knowledge of governmental safety and written and verbal communication, especially in collaboration with diverse groups.

Public Health Summer School 2022

The first lesson of the Public Health Summer School of 2022 was held on Sunday 4th September 2022 with an exceptionally educative presentation from our guests lecturer Mr Mohammed A. Jalloh ( ).

Mr Jalloh lecture was on YOUTH PARTICIPATION IN HEALTH, and he provided the students with insightful information and innovative ideas on how young people can participate in health promotion and advocacy.
Thanks to him for his educative presentation.
