Donmon football academy solely believes in consistency which I think is the first aspect the coach mentioned as number one, then DFA says to their students that there are ten thousand coaches and you must be obedient to all - meaning, respect everyone on your journey... which I believe is the second he spoke of and then lastly, to be serious in all that you do on and off the pitch - most importantly when no one is watching and when you're facing testing times. That is going to define you as a person. Train hard, rest, eat well and put God ahead of your journey.
Hint: this philosophy can also be applied to anything one wants to dive Into and see as their passion and career path.
