We are pleased to announce the fourth anniversary of our Changemakers' Conference for youth leaders across Liberia 🇱🇷.

Conference Objectives:
1. To provide leadership training that gives young leaders confidence to lead their organizations.
2. To assist youth leaders in aligning their vision with rebuilding a holistic Liberia.
3. To provide micro-grants to the top three winning organizations of the National Vision Plan Competition (NVPC).

Conference Topics:
1. Grant Writing & Fundraising
2. Professionalism in the Workplace
3. Conflict Management
4. And much more!

Conference Requirements:
1. Must be a youth-led nonprofit or community-based org (ages 16-35).
2. Must be able to send three representatives for all days of the conference (one must be a top leader, i.e., CEO, Executive Director, etc.).
3. If applicable, must be able to cover lodging, transportation, and other expenses if our organization is unable to provide a stipend; however, meals are provided during the conference.
4. Everyone is encouraged to apply, but priority will be given to organizations that have not previously participated.
5. If your organization has participated before, you must bring at least one new member to represent the organization.

Fellow Changemaker, our annual fundraiser is live 😀!

We are raising funds for our upcoming Changemakers' Conference for leaders of youth-led organizations across Liberia 🇱🇷.

Our Changemakers’ Conference for youth nonprofit leaders is back this year!

For the first time, the fourth edition will be hosted outside Montserrado County, a major milestone in our journey to expand impact nationwide 🇱🇷. This move reflects our strategic commitment to reaching youth leaders in underserved counties where access to programs remains limited.

But where will we be heading 🤔? Stay tuned for the official 2026 location reveal!

Earlier this quarter, two of our members attended LYFT Africa's Impact Africa Summit 3.0, held under the theme "Fostering Resilience and Building a Sustainable Africa."

Ms. Ernestine Cooper, Co-Country Coordinator, served as Group Head during the Summit's Leadership Road Map Challenge, successfully leading her team to become one of the winning groups. Mr. Edward Williams, Programs Officer, also engaged participants with a speech highlighting the critical role of youth in decision-making and sustainable development.

We remain committed to empowering young people to lead positive change.

We're thrilled to announce the winner of our 2025 Annual Changemakers' Award for Team Liberia: Ms. Ernestine B. Cooper 🎉!

Ms. Cooper, our youngest-ever serving Co-Country Coordinator for Team Liberia, won her second annual award for resiliency and leadership throughout the year!

Your commitment and leadership in grooming the next generation of reputable entrepreneurial problem solvers are unmatched! Congratulations, fellow Changemaker 😊!

We climax our Changemakers' Week today after a week of activities, including a Jeopardy competition between our two branches, followed by a panel discussion among the organization's leaders 🇱🇷.

Special thanks to our long-term partner, the Youth Network for Positive Change (YOUNETPO), for celebrating with us! We have worked alongside YOUNETPO since the very beginning, and look forward to more collaborative efforts 😀!

Since 2019, we have aimed to achieve our mission of grooming productive Liberian youth through innovation 🇱🇷.

From our biannual programs, like the Changemakers' Workshop for high school students, to our quarterly Community Improvement Projects, which benefit those closest to our mission, we are always promoting change year-round.

Happy Changemakers' Day and Changemakers' Week to us 😊!

We celebrate seven years of existence today! Over the past seven years, we have relentlessly fought to build a productive Liberian society by grooming reputable entrepreneurial problem-solvers who can collectively rebuild our war-torn Liberia 🇱🇷.
