* Position (001): (National Program Director)
* Program: National Students Press Club of Liberia (NaSPCL)
The National Students Press Club of Liberia (NaSPCL), implemented by Blessed Foundation "NGO" with the Foundation for Environmental Empowerment and Development (FEED) as Lead Partner, invites qualified, committed, and visionary individuals to apply for the position of National Program Director.
📌 Position Summary:
The National Program Director will provide strategic leadership, national coordination, and representation for NaSPCL, ensuring effective implementation of student journalism, media literacy, civic education, and youth leadership programs across Liberia.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✓ Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for (NaSPCL).
✓ Coordinate national, county, district, and school-level activities.
✓ Represent (NaSPCL) in engagements with schools, media, donors, NGOs, and government institutions.
✓ Ensure compliance with child safeguarding, media ethics, and partner policies.
✓ Lead program planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.
✓ Support partnership development and resource mobilization.
✓ Promote national visibility and credibility of NaSPCL.
🧠 Required Qualifications & Competencies:
* Proven experience in program management, youth development, education, media, or NGO leadership.
* Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
* Experience working with students, schools, or youth organizations.
* Knowledge of media ethics, child protection, and civic education.
* Ability to work independently and with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong reporting and documentation skills.
📍 Location: (Republic of Liberia)
⏳ Duration: One (1) Academic / School Year (Renewable based on performance).
🤝 Nature of Engagement:
This is a voluntary, non-salaried position for now.
However, transportation, communication, or operational support may be provided subject to availability, approved activities, and donor or project resources.
