The FIJADA Liberia Chapter is excited to announce that registration for the International Youth Day 2026, 3-Day Online Youth Empowerment Workshop is now officially closed!

We are humbled by the overwhelming response, with 179 registered participants representing 14 African countries:

Meet Our Day 3 Facilitator

FIJADA Liberia Chapter is honored to introduce Atty. Gabriel F. Ndupellar , Assistant Minister for Rehabilitation at the Bureau of Corrections & Rehabilitation, Ministry of Justice, Republic of Liberia, as one of our distinguished facilitators for the International Youth Day 2026 3-Day Online Youth Empowerment Workshop.

A respected legal practitioner and dedicated public servant, Atty. Ndupellar has made significant contributions to justice sector reform, rehabilitation, and youth empowerment. His unwavering commitment to public service, integrity, and transformational leadership continues to inspire young people across Liberia.

In his session on "Youth Participation in Governance and Community Development," he will share practical insights on the importance of active citizenship, leadership, and meaningful youth engagement in building stronger communities and shaping national development.

Introducing Our Day 3 Facilitator

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Hon. Emmanuel K. Barne as our facilitator for Day 3 of the FIJADA Liberia International Youth Day 2026 3-Day Online Youth Empowerment Workshop.

Hon. Barnes serves as the Assistant Minister for Planning and Manpower Development at the Ministry of Labour, Republic of Liberia. He is a distinguished public servant, economist, and leadership professional with extensive experience in public administration, workforce development, project management, and governance.

A graduate of the University of Liberia, he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Public Administration and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in International Relations. He has also earned professional certifications in Project Management, Change Management, Human-Centered Design, Leadership, Governance, and Monitoring & Evaluation.

During this session, Hon. Barnes will lead participants through the important topic of "Career Development and Networking," equipping young people with practical strategies, professional insights, and valuable networking skills needed to thrive in today's competitive job market.

Today, as we celebrate 179 years of nationhood, the International Forum of African Youth for the Development of Africa (FIJADA) Liberia Chapter proudly joins all Liberians in honoring our nation's rich history, resilience, and enduring spirit.

Independence is more than a celebration of our past it is a reminder of our shared responsibility to build a brighter future. As young people, we are called to lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and work together to create a peaceful, inclusive, and prosperous Liberia.

At FIJADA Liberia, we remain committed to empowering youth, promoting sustainable development, and inspiring the next generation of leaders who will shape the future of our nation and the African continent.
