OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The Liberia Interschool Press Club Union (LISPCU) is pleased to announce a partnership with the Margibi Young Journalists Association (MaYJA) for the 2025 academic year in Margibi County.

This partnership aims to strengthen school-based journalism across the county, enhance media literacy among students, and provide mentorship and training opportunities for young aspiring journalists.

Through this collaboration, LISPCU and MaYJA will promote professionalism, teamwork, and excellence in student reporting within Margibi County.

Our facilitators were in a serious accident on the Red Light Kakata Highway en route to the training site. Thankfully, no lives were lost, though there were significant injuries.

Tomorrow, we will have a one-day training for the Schools Press Club in Kakata.

Due to some financial issues, our institution has decided to postpone our activities to a later date and venue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The new dates and venues are as follows:

One-Day Media Training Workshop: Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Kakata.

Exhibition/Competition: Friday, April 4, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM in Kakata.

Both events will be held at The Christ Resurrection Ministry (Sheila Love Church).
