Empowering Girls, Building Stronger Communities!

Our adolescent girls in the PSG spaces were oriented on their manual and equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to confidently lead their sessions.

We are creating safe spaces where girls can learn, lead, speak up, and become changemakers not only for themselves, but for their communities and country.

Gender Equality Won’t Happen by Silence. Men and Boys, We Need You.

Gender equality is not a “women’s issue.” It is everyone’s responsibility.

Men and boys your voice, choices, and actions can help change the story.

Challenge harmful stereotypes.
Speak up against violence.
Listen to and support girls.
Respect women’s voices and leadership.
Create spaces where everyone feels safe and valued.

Being an ally is not about saying, “I support equality.”
It’s about showing it through your actions.

Speak up. Step up. Stand with women and girls.

The change we want to see starts with what we choose to do today.

Today, as we celebrates five years of transforming lives, we pause with hearts full of gratitude.

Six years ago, today August 5,2020 we became a legal organization by then we were searching for purpose, determined to make a meaningful difference in the lives of girls and young women across Liberia. What began as a vision has grown into a movement that is empowering girls and young women, strengthening communities, and creating lasting change across Liberia. This journey has only been possible because of the unwavering support of our dedicated staff, volunteers, communities, partners, donors, and everyone who has believed in our mission.

To all our partners and supporters, thank you for trusting us, investing in our vision, and walking this journey with us. Every life touched is a reflection of what we have achieved together.

As we celebrate this milestone, we look ahead with hope and renewed commitment. There is still so much more to do, and we are excited to continue empowering girls and transforming lives together.

Reflecting on our journey with adolescents in Weala Town, Margibi County.
We celebrate the growth of confident young leaders. Seeing adolescents, especially girls, learn, support one another, and share ideas reminds us that investing in adolescent leadership today builds stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities for tomorrow. The future starts with them.

When we say "No adolescent should be left behind from accessing opportunities," this is exactly what we mean.

In Pleemue Town, we're creating safe spaces, strengthening support systems, and expanding access to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) education and meaningful participation. Every adolescent deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, lead, and thrive regardless of their background or circumstances.

Together, we're building a future where every adolescent has the chance to reach their full potential.

When young women are heard, respected, and empowered, communities thrive and futures are transformed. Their voices are not optional but they are essential. Let's stand together, break barriers, amplify every voice, and build a future where every girl and young woman leads with confidence and purpose.

Building stronger communities begins with meaningful partnerships.

From July 29–30, 2026 our team, with support from the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), successfully conducted community entry and recruitment activities across Morris Farm, Block Path, Pleemu, Nyehn, and Careysburg (Frank Town).

Through our engagement with community leaders, elders, and key stakeholders, we strengthened trust, secured community ownership, and created a welcoming environment for inclusive participation.

Together, we recruited 5 Peer Support Groups, 12 Caregiver Networks, and identified Community Moderators and Men Volunteers who will serve as champions for adolescent protection, empowerment, and positive community action.

This is more than recruitment-it is the beginning of a shared journey to nurture hope, empower families, and protect every adolescent girl. When communities lead, lasting change becomes possible.
