Update on Paul Paulino Puakpah

We remain in active communication with the family of Paul Paulino Puakpah regarding his current medical condition. Since his admission at JFK Medical Center, no surgical procedure has been performed to date, and he is presently awaiting an official appointment date for surgery.

The family has informed us that Paul sustained multiple fractures to his left foot. His condition continues to be monitored as arrangements toward surgical intervention are being awaited.

In solidarity and support, the Alumni Body has planned a visitation for next Friday. The exact time for the visit will be officially communicated in the coming days once final coordination is completed.

In the meantime, we are encouraging all members of the alumni body and well-wishers to contribute toward assisting the family with medical expenses. Every contribution, regardless of size, will go a long way in easing the financial burden on the family during this challenging period.

Contributions can be made via Mobile Money to:
Name: Marian T. Kaika
Number: 0881877339

We thank you in advance for your continued support, solidarity, and compassion.

Regards,
Leadership

Dear Esteemed Alumni,

It is with deep sadness and concern that we inform the alumni body of a tragic incident involving one of our own.
Yesterday morning, January 9, 2026, between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., a terrible accident occurred along the Disco Hill–Harbel road. The incident involved our alumnus, Mr. Paul Paulino Puakpah and his friend, Mr. Elvis Clinton.
Tragically, Mr. Elvis Clinton lost his life instantly as a result of the accident. Our brother, Mr. Paul Paulino Puakpah is currently in critical condition and receiving medical care.
The Firestone Alumni Association extends its heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Elvis Clinton and stands in solidarity with Paul Paulino Puakpah and his family during this very difficult time.

We kindly ask all alumni members to:

1) Keep Paul Paulino Puakpah in your prayers

2) Extend support and encouragement to him and his family

3) Visit, where possible, as a sign of love and unity
Let us come together once again as an alumni body, lifting one another in moments of pain, just as we celebrate each other in times of joy.
Further updates will be communicated as they become available.

With sympathy and concern,
Firestone Alumni Association Leadership
