You will be responsible for tracking project timelines, coordinating resources, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily planning and implementation of project activities.
Coordinate resources and manage project timelines to ensure goals are met.
Monitor program progress and prepare regular impact reports for leadership.
Assist in the design and scaling of new program initiatives.

Position Title: Volunteer Finance & Administrative Officer
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Volunteer Finance & Administrative Officer to support our organization’s operational heart. In this dual-capacity role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and the processing of invoices and expense claims.
You will also play a key role in financial transparency by assisting with monthly reporting and ensuring all documentation is audit-ready, providing the essential data our leadership needs to make informed decisions.
Beyond the numbers, you will streamline our daily operations by managing office supplies, coordinating meeting logistics, and maintaining organized digital filing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
