As celebrates 20 years of , sexual violence continues to bedevil the country as a rampaging silent . As we observe the International Day for the Elimination of Sexual Violence in Conflict, UNDP Liberia's Resident Representative a.i Louis Kuukpen highlights efforts the country has made in the fight against violence and the need for wide-ranging and a whole-of-society approach to fight sexual and based violence

I am a glad bleeder🩸
Don't feel abnormal because Bleeding is normal 👌
Don't be ashamed🙈 of bleeding because it's part of womanhood that's indeed makes you a strong woman ♀️

Seeing my me**es every month makes me happy, though it's irritating, but that can't cause me to neglect or blame myself for being a female 💃

Yes indeed it's true we bleed🩸
That's the reason I am a female.💃

Bleeding isn't a crime so be calm 🤗
Bleeding isn't a taboo ✖️ so don't be ashamed to used the tampons

We are proud of it ‼️
We bleed very month and that enable us to be call ladies
We tire of sitting back and watching people shame us of something we didn't cause upon our self😭
We tire of not being free when on our period 😥
Today as the world celebrate menstrual hygiene day
I join hands with others and say bleeding is not a crime 👎

It wasn't part of our plan but we see it necessary to include it.
We will be highly involve in this year International Menstrual Hygiene day comes May 28.
And interesting we will be educating school girls on Menstrual Hygiene and also share few Pads.
The project time is short, therefore we need the public contributions.
Help pay for a Pad for at least two girls🙏
