Democratic People's Party of Liberia Political leader, Rev. David Kiamu has expressed fear over Liberiaโs recent huge drug bust, calling President Boakaiโs government to take immediate and stronger actions to address ongoing drug tracking crisis.
DPPL was amongst several other grassroots political parties that endorsed ruling Unity Party in 2023 Presidential runoff elections.
Rev. David Kiamu also urged the United States government including the international community to closely monitor the drugs situation and consider appropriate actions against those involved.
Rev. Kiamu called for inclusion of independent organizations and Liberia's international partners to continue supporting the country's efforts aimed at exposing and dismantling the drugs cartel.
Meanwhile DPPL Political leader, Rev. David Kiamu has also expressed disappointment in Boakaiโs administrationโs handling the countryโs affairs.
He added that ordinary Liberians are yet to experienced transformation particularly promised by President Boakai during 2023 political campaign.
He, however, threatened to advocate through constitutional and democratic means for political change in leadership if much is not done to address issues affecting the country.
