A IN SIGHT!

We are pleased to announce that we are nearing completion of the construction of a Public Library for Montserrado County.

This Public Library (nearing completion) which would probably be the FIRST of such in the County, is situated in the Tubman High School Compound at 12th Street in Sinkor. And, we will endeavor to DIGITIZE!

Upon full completion, my Office will formally turn over the facility and management of the Library to the Ministry of Education to be placed at the disposal of students and the public.

SPECIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: We wish to publicly commend and appreciate the County Superintendent (Hon. Whroway Bryant) for overseeing this project on our behalf, and to the Authorities of the Monrovia Consolidated Schools System (MCSS) as well as Tubman High School for granting and providing the land space.

DISCLOSURE: Funding for this project ($75K USD) was made possible under the 2024 National Budget as "Legislative Project" assigned to our Offiice under the supervision of the Liberia Agency for Community Empowerment (LACE), with 10% of the amount to LACE as "Administrative Cost/Fees".
