Reporting directly to the Minister of Education, the Legal Counsel will provide legal advice and representation, support the development of laws and regulations, oversee contractual and compliance matters, and help strengthen the Ministry’s legal and governance framework.

✔ Strong technical and operational capacity
✔ Experience supporting NGOs, government institutions, or private sector organizations
✔ Valid business registration and tax compliance documents (where applicable)
