The Good Samaritan Orphanage is based in Liberia, West Africa, catering primarily to orphans and homeless children whose parents were victims of the fourteen years civil crisis in the country – a civil war that left the country’s basic human and socio-economic infrastructures in shambles and a confused state. The orphanage has been in operation since 1995, catering to these kids and helping to giv

e them a second chance at life up until 2014 when the EBOLA crisis struck the Minor River Basin (Liberia, Sierra Leone, & Guinea). The Good Samaritan Orphanage continues to provide basic necessities of life for these kids and many others so as to keep them from stigma, trauma, and other negative societal influences and vices.
