Presidential Library, Museum, Research Center and Leadership & Entrepreneurship Institute in Bentol City, Liberia. Foundation (WRTJF) was established in 2015 to spearhead the formation of the William R. The Foundation’s mission is to collect, preserve, and make available for research, key documents, speeches, audiovisual material, personal papers and photographs chronicling the life, career, and a

dministration of President William R. David-Tolbert - while contributing to positive economic, political and social developments in Liberia and across Africa.
