நம்மூரில் இயங்கிவரும் சமூகசேவை பிரிவான எமது WCL இனால் பெரும் சிரமத்துடன் செய்து முடிக்கப்பட்ட பாடசாலை சுற்று மதில் அமைக்கும் பணியை,
தன்னுடைய அரசியல் இலாபத்திற்காக தன்னுடைய பெயருக்கு கீழ் போட்டு குளிர்காயும் இந்த கேவளமான செயலை செய்தது யார்???
இன்னும் இதனுடைய முழுமையான பணம் கூட கட்டி முடிக்காத நிலையில் தன்னுடைய வாக்கு வங்கிக்கு WCL உறிப்பினர்களுடைய உழைப்பை மூலதனமாக இடுவது எவ்வளவு பெரிய கேவலம்....
We are glade to inform you that, one of our long term project of building round wall in ZAHIRA SCHOOL WELIPITIYA has been Completed Successfully. The lenght of this Wall is 160 feets and it costs approximately Rs. 800,000/= and this amount is funded by
YOUTH WITH TELENT Rs. 150,000
MP.KAPILA GAMAGE Rs. 100,000
MP.CHATHURA GALAPATHI Rs.100,000
and by WCL Members and Donors in Welipitiya.
Further we are making our honorable thanks for SDC, OBA and villagers for your valuable support on building this wall.
