A road-cleaning program around Tholangamuwa Central College was carried out today (22nd), in parallel with the Peace Walk & World Earth Day. This initiative was jointly organized by the Tholangamuwa Lions Club, the Tholangamuwa Leo Youth, the school Environmental Pioneer Scout Team, and the newly proposed Tholangamuwa School Leo Club.

The Peace Walk is scheduled to arrive at Tholangamuwa Central College on the 25th at 4:00 PM, and participants are expected to stay overnight at the venue.

සාම පාගමනට සහ ලෝක මිහිකත දිනයට සමගාමීව තෝලංගමුව මධ්‍ය විද්‍යාලය අවට ප්‍රධාන මාර්ගය පිරිසිදු කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් අද 22 දින තෝලංගමුව සිංහ සමාජය, තෝලංගමුව ලියෝ තරුණ සංවිධානාය, තෝලංගමුව විද්‍යාලීය පරිසර නියමු භට කණ්ඩායම, ආරම්භ කිරීමට ඇති තෝලංගමුව විද්‍යාලීය ලියෝ සංවිධානය එක්ව සිදුකරන ලදී.
මෙම සාම පාගමන 25 වන දින සවස 4.00ට තෝලංගමුව මධ්‍ය විද්‍යාලයට පැමිණීමට නියමිත අතර එදින රාත්‍රියේ එහි නවාතැන් ගැනීමට නියමිතය.

Our Lions Club & Leo Club of tholangamuwa together conducted an awareness leaflet distribution program on the prevention of Diabetes & Childhood Cancer for participants at the Udukumbura New Year Festival today. This initiative was carried out by Secratary Lion Prabhath.

Region chairman Lion Chinthaka Jayavilal, Club Secretary Lion Prabhath, Club Director Lion Alahakoon, member of LC Tholanagamuwa and Members of Leo Club of Tholangamuwa participated this event.
