எமது அமைப்பானது வவுனியா மாவட்டத்திலிருந்து பல்கலைக்கழகங்களுக்கு(திறந்த பல்கலைக்கழகம் தவிர்ந்த) தெரிவாகும் மாணவர்களை உறுப்பினர்களாகக் கொண்டு இயங்கி வருகின்றது. இது 1980ம் ஆண்டின் 31ம் இலக்க வலிந்துதவு சமூகசேவை ஒழுங்கமைப்பின் கீழ் NP/DS/V/SS/153 எனும் பதிவு இலக்கத்துடன் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டு இயங்கி வருகின்றது. எமக்கான யாப்பு விதி முறைகளுடன் இயங்கி வருகின்றோம். எமது அமைப்பானது சாதரண உறுப்பினர்கள், கெளர

வ உறுப்பினர்கள் என இரு வேறுபட்ட உறுப்புரிமையுடன் கூடிய அங்கத்துவர்களை தன்னகத்தே கொண்டுள்ளது. பல்கலைக்கழகங்களில் பயில்வோரை சாதரண உறுப்பினர்களாகவும் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களை விட்டு வெளியேறியோரை கெளரவ உறுப்பினர்களாகவும் வகைப்படுத்தியுள்ளோம். 2004ம் ஆண்டு யாப்புத்திருத்தத்தின் போதே இக் கெளரவ உறுப்பினர்களாக இணைத்துக் கொள்ளப்பட்டது. எமது சங்கத்தின் நிர்வாகமானது ஒவ்வொரு ஏப்ரல் மாதம் முதல் அடுத்த ஏப்ரல் வரையான ஒரு வருட காலப்பகுதியாகும்.
