Today, as Scouts and Rovers from all corners of the world wear their scarfs with pride, we — the Impeesa Rover Crew of Trincomalee — stand together to honour the spirit of Scouting that began on this day in 1907 at Brownsea Island.

The Scout Scarf is not just a uniform accessory — it is a reminder of our promise, our path, and our dedication to making the world a better place. It represents friendship beyond borders, leadership in action, and service beyond self.

We are happy to make the announcement that the Investiture Ceremony for new Rovers and Vigiling Ceremony for the Rovers will be held on:

🗓️ Date: Sunday, 03rd August 2025
🕓 Time: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
📍 Venue: T/R.K.M Sri Koneswara Hindu College (Primary School)

We warmly invite you all to attend and be part of this special event as we welcome the new Rovers to the Impeesa family.Your punctual presence will be greatly appreciated. All participants are expected to attend in Uniform.
