ARRYA Foundation - ආර්ය පදනම The ARRYA foundation was established 7 years ago during the period of war. Assistance given to artists in different ways on their requirments.

The ARRYA Foundation was able to provide assistance to uplift the cultural, religious and national affairs in the art and media sectors with a wide range of events for the benefit of the security forces. Professionals, Journalists Artists and Social Workers have acclaimed that the ARRYA Foundation is performing a responsible service. During the past, the ARRYA Foundation strived to initiate litera

ry of war in the country and introduced a number of war related exploratory and research books, as well as various creations, books and documentary films. They arranged every thing quitely because it is their duty to protect the field of art among the forces. Their attention was drawn to the field of arts in various ways, as most of the important people who were associated with this field were screamed. A special attention was given by ARRYA Foundation for the welfare of the soldiers and many Regiments. In the year 2011, 145 children of the families of departed and disabled soldiers in the Wijayaba Regiment of the army in the district of Kurunegala who were studying in the GCE O/L an GCE A/L classes were awarded free scholarships for their higher educational activities for 2 years from the ARRYA Foundation. The total cost of tehse scholarships are approximately Rs. 24 Lakhs. In addition and artificial Limbs, medicines and items for personal use were given to the disabled soldiers are also will be another project. Accordingly with the combination of art, literature and corps, we have conducted many Army shows by launching varieties of programs, the ARRYA Foundation join hands with the LIHINISARA and work for the welfare of the corps and create a new angle in the field of art.
