SIFTF has its office established at Hidellana Tea Factory in Hidellana-Ratnapura of Sabaragamuwa Province of Sri Lanka.SIFTF management Committee may change their members and the location of the the secretariat,as and when the need arises. Mission of SIFTF-

"promotion of equitable economic and socila growht in the province with direct participation of people in develoment and dedication of uplifting the lives of the less fortunate"

Goal of SIFTF-

"To achieve sustainable community development by creating Economic,Social and environmental standards and addressing poverty alleviation and more towards its eradication.

💧 A Lifeline of Water for Siyambalanduwa ☀️
“දිය දෝතක් මහත් පිනක්”

We are pleased to announce the completion and handover of two permanent drinking-water projects in the Meeyagala and Buddama Grama Niladhari Divisions of Siyambalanduwa.

Amid severe drought conditions, many families and animals in the area have struggled to access water. Each project now includes:

✅ A deep tube well
✅ An off-grid solar-powered pump
✅ A 5,000-litre storage tank on an elevated steel structure
✅ A water-distribution system

Together, the projects are expected to serve approximately 8,000 people and help provide water for animals in the surrounding villages.

Our heartfelt thanks go to everyone who supported this work and helped bring it to completion. May these water sources bring lasting relief and better health to the communities they serve.

කුරුවිට මධ්‍ය මහා විද්‍යාලයේ විශේෂ අවශ්‍යතා ඇති ශිශ්‍යයෙක් වන චන්දිම සසංග දරුවා උසස් පෙළ සමත්ව විශ්ව විද්‍යාල වරම් ලබා ඇත. මෙම සිසුවාගේ පහසුව පිනිස විදුලි බලයෙන් ක්‍රියාත්මක වන රෝද පුටුවක් RTS සමූහ ව්‍යාපරයේ සාමාජීය මෙහෙවර වැඩසටහන යටතේ පසුගියදා පරිත්‍යාග කරන ලදි. මෙම සිසුවාගෙ ඉදිරි අධ්‍යාපන කටයුතු සාර්ථක වනු දැකීම අපගේ බලාපොරොත්තුවයි.

We are happy to announce that today the Sithaka Fair Tea Foundation officially handed over two school CSR projects.

At Taldoowa. School in Avissawella, we successfully rebuilt the computer laboratory and washroom facilities that were damaged by the recent cyclone and floods.

At the same time, we also handed over the newly constructed reading room at Kosgala Vidyalaya in Karapincha, Ratnapura, creating a better learning environment for the students.

We are proud to support rural education and to contribute to rebuilding and strengthening school infrastructure for the future of our children.

The Annual Book Donation Program of RTS Holdings was successfully conducted today for the benefit of 450 children of our employees. The event aimed to support children’s education by providing essential learning materials and encouraging a love for reading. With the enthusiastic participation of employees and organizers, the program was carried out smoothly and achieved its intended objectives, making it a truly meaningful and successful event.

Many people affected by the recent vital disaster—severe floods and landslides in the Ratnapura and Avissawella areas—received much-needed assistance through the donation program of RTS HOLDINGS and FAIRTEA FOUNDATION. Many families lost their homes, belongings, and daily essentials, leaving them in urgent need of support. To help them rebuild their basic living conditions, we provided dry rations and essential kitchen utensils. These donations offered immediate relief and brought comfort and hope to those struggling to recover from the devastating impact of the disaster.

🌿 Another Proud Moment for Sithaka Fair Tea Foundation! 🌿

Today, the Sithaka Fair Tea Foundation, in collaboration with Tin and Puro Tea, proudly constructed and handed over a newly built Reading Room — now equipped with a SMART Board, new tables, and chairs. 📚✨

The official handing-over ceremony was a truly memorable occasion, attended by education officials, parents, teachers, and students. The event was filled with gratitude and joy, beautifully highlighted by wonderful student performances that added color and life to the celebration. 🎶👏

This initiative marks another step in our ongoing mission to support education and uplift rural communities. 💚

🌿 Proud Moment of Community Support 🌿

We are happy to announce that, through a request and coordination made by our RTS Hidellana Tea Factory, via the Sri Lanka Tea Factory Owners’ Association, the Colombo Tea Traders’ Association (CTTA) has kindly donated medical equipment to Gallella Hospital and Erathna Hospital.

Additionally, a Smart Board was donated to Demada School today to support digital learning for students.

A heartfelt thank you to CTTA for their generous contribution towards uplifting rural healthcare and education. 🙏💚
