The National Blood Reserves have dropped to a very critical level. It is becoming increasingly difficult to provide blood to hospitalized patients who are in urgent need. If the collection of necessary blood continues to be disrupted over the next few days, it may become extremely difficult to provide blood to patients who require it.🩸

Therefore, the National Blood Transfusion Service kindly requests all valuable blood donors across the island, who perform a priceless and valuable national service, to visit their nearest blood bank, either individually or in groups, and donate blood if possible.

මොකක්ද මේ මී උණ රෝගය කියන්නෙ?

📌 ලෙප්ටොස්පයිරෝසිස් (Leptospirosis) එහෙමත් නැත්නම් මී උණ රෝගය කියන්නේ ලෙප්ටොස්පයිරා කුලයට අයත් බැක්ටීරියා නිසා ඇති වන බෝවන රෝගයක්

සම්ප්‍රේෂණය වන්නෙ කොහොමද ??

📌දූෂිත ජලය හෝ පස ස්පර්ශ වීමෙන් ආසාදනය විය හැක.ආසාදිත සතුන්ගේ මුත්‍රා හරහා, ජලය හෝ පස දූෂණය විය හැකිය.

📌දූෂිත ජලය හෝ පස ස්පර්ශ කිරීමෙන්, විශේෂයෙන් කැඩුණු සම හෝ ශ්ලේෂ්මල පටල (නාසය, ඇස් හෝ මුඛය වැනි) හරහා මිනිසුන්ට සම්ප්‍රේශණය විය හැකිය.

මේ රෝගයේ රෝග ලක්ෂණ මොනවාද ???

📌සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ආසාදනය වීමෙන් සති එක සිට හතර දක්වා කාලය තුළ රෝග ලක්ෂණ මතු වියහැක..

එම රෝග ලක්ෂණ අතරට,

- හදිසි උණ සහ සෙම්ප්‍රතිශ්‍යාව
- හිසරදය සහ මාංශ පේශි වේදනාව (විශේෂයෙන් කුඩා ළමුන්ගේ)
- ඇස් රතු වීම හෝ කෝපයට පත් වීම
- ඔක්කාරය
- වමනය හෝ පාචනය
- කැස්ස ඇතුලත් වේ.

📌ඇතැම්විට ශරීරයේ ප්‍රතිශක්තිකරණ ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වය මගින් පහව යා හැකි නමුත්, ආරම්භක රෝග ලක්ෂණ දරුණු විය හැකිය.

📌ගංවතුරකින් පසු ලෙප්ටොස්පයිරෝසිස් වළක්වා ගැනීම සඳහා අනුගමනය කළයුතු පිළිවෙත්

🔴 ගංවතුර පෑගීමෙන් සහ ස්නානය කිරීමෙන් වළකින්න.

🔴දූෂිත විය හැකි ප්‍රදේශවලට ඇතුළු වීමට සිදු වන විට ජල ආරක්ෂිත සපත්තු සහ අත්වැසුම් වැනි ආරක්ෂිත ආම්පන්න පළඳින්න.

🔴සියලුම කැපුම් සහ සීරීම් ජල ආරක්ෂිත වෙළුම් පටිවලින් ආවරණය කරන්න.

🔴ගංවතුරට හෝ මඩට නිරාවරණය වීමෙන් පසු ඔබේ අත් හොඳින් සෝදන්න.

🔴නිරාවරණයෙන් පසු ඔබට උණ වැනි රෝග ලක්ෂණ (උණ, හිසරදය, මාංශ පේශි වේදනාව) ඇති වුවහොත්, වහාම වෛද්‍ය ප්‍රතිකාර ලබා ගන්න.

🔴තුවාල ආවරණය කරන්න: බැක්ටීරියා ආසාදනයන්වැළැක්වීම සඳහා ජල ආරක්ෂිත වෙළුම් පටිවලින් ඕනෑම කැපුම් හෝ සීරීම් ආරක්ෂිතව ආවරණය කරන්න.

🔴 නිවැරදි සනීපාරක්ෂක උපදෙස් පිළිපදින්න.

🔴 පිරිසිදු පානීය ජලය පානය කරන්න.

🔴 අවශ්‍යතාවය අනුව මේ මාරාන්තික මීඋණ රෝගයෙන් වැළකීමට Doxycycline ඖෂධය භාවිතා කරන්න..
(අදාළ උපදෙස් සඳහා රජයේ අනුමැතියලත් වෛද්‍යවරයෙකු හෝ ප්‍රදේශයේ මහජන සෞඛ්‍ය පරීක්ෂකවරයා සම්බන්ධ කර ගන්න.)
