PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO BEFORE JUDGING WHO WAS AT FAULT
This accident occurred in Pussellawa after a dog ran across the road
The dashcam footage shows a man in what appears to be a Divisional Hospital Pussellawa uniform chasing the dog immediately before it crosses the road. Moments later, three vehicles are involved in an accident.
The footage raises an important question about the exact sequence of the collision, did the second vehicle hit the first vehicle before the third vehicle hit the second, or did the third vehicle cause the chain reaction?
Rather than relying on assumptions or statements from individuals involved, the complete dashcam footage should be examined carefully to establish what actually happened.
Please share the footage responsibly and avoid personal attacks or accusations. The purpose of sharing this is to establish the facts and highlight the dangers of chasing animals across busy roads.
Road safety is everyone's responsibility.
