In 1967 Royal College Scout Association was founded.
With the youth social unrest movement in 1971, The college way closed down by the administration and scout association also way in a standstill.
Once again, The school was started in 1973. but it ran without a scout association.
The year 1997 way a turning point to the college. As a near foundation, The scout association
