Our 2026 Rugby Captain, Senuka, officially received the generous donation made by Mr. Thilan Iddagoda (1993 A/L Batch) on behalf of the team.

The donation was handed over by our Masters-in-Charge of Rugby, Ms. Tharangani Ranaweera and Ms. Manuli Weerasinghe, in the presence of our Principal, Ms. Maheshika Wijerathna.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Thilan Iddagoda for his invaluable support and commitment to the development of rugby at Piliyandala Central College. Your generosity will inspire and empower our players as they continue to strive for excellence.

We marched into the grand finale with a spectacular unbeaten run, showcasing pure dominance on the field. While the final whistle didn't go our way in a hard-fought battle, we couldn't be prouder of the immense courage, grit, and commitment displayed by the team.

Training equipment is a vital part of developing young rugby players, and today we are proud to support the next generation of Central rugby.

The Old Centralian Rugby Association (OCRA) has donated over LKR 300,000 worth of rugby training equipment to the Piliyandala Central College Rugby Team.

This meaningful contribution was made possible through the generosity of our Old Centralians and past rugby players living overseas. Your continued support and commitment to your alma mater are helping shape the future of Central rugby. Thank you for giving back and making a real difference.
