පරීක්ෂණවලට ඉඩදෙනු,
රාජපක්ෂ චවුරයන්ට එරෙහිව කටුවපිටිය ජනතාව පාරට......
පාස්කු ඉරුදින ප්රහාරය සම්බන්ධයෙන් පරීක්ෂණ සහ එහි නඩු කටයුතු තීරණාත්මක තැනකට ඇවිත් තියෙනවා. CID භාරයේ රදවාගෙන ප්රශ්ණ කරන හිටපු හමුදා බුද්ධි ප්රධානී තුවාන් සුරේෂ් #සලේ හරහා දැන් බොහෝ රහස් දිගහැරෙමින් ඇත. සලේ මෙම ප්රහාරය කුමන්ත්රණය කිරීමට සම්බන්ධවීම, ප්රහාරය මෙහෙයවීම සහ විමර්ෂණ යට ගැසීමට කටයුතුකර තිබෙන බවට සාක්ෂි ඉදිරිපත් වෙලා තියෙනවා.
තවදුරටත් අනාවරණය කරගෙන ඇති කරුණු අනුව තවත් හමුදා බුද්ධි නිලධාරීන් දෙදෙනෙකුට සහ ගෝටාබය #රාජපක්ෂට එරෙහිව කොටුව මහේස්ත්රාත් අධිකරණයෙන් විදෙස් ගමන් තහනමක් ද පැනෙවුවා. දැන් රාජපක්ෂ නඩය ගැරඩියාට භූමිතෙල් ගැහුවා වගේ කලබල වෙලා, ප්රකෝප වෙලා. #ගම්මන්පිල, #වීරවංශ, #සරත්වීරසේකර, නාමල්, #දිලීත් නඩය කොටුවේ අඛණ්ඩ සත්යග්රහයක් පටන් ගත්තේ සලේ නිදහස් කරගන්න. ඒත් මහජන විරෝධය නිසා ගෝටාබයගේ කේවට්ටයින්ට දවස් දෙකෙන් මේ ඊනියා සත්යග්රහය අකුලගන්න වුණා.
සලේ උපවාසය පටන් ගත්තේ අහෝසි කරනු කියා. PTA එකෙන් රදවාගත් අයට අමානුෂික ලෙස සැලකුවේ උන් මේ ආයතන මෙහෙයවන කාලයේදීමයි. PTA අහෝසි කළ යුතුයි, යුක්තිය වෙනුවෙන් සටන් කරන අපි තමයි ඒ ස්ථාවරයේ එදා ඉදන්ම හිටියේ. ඒත් මේ පරීක්ෂණ දැන් විධිමත්ව සහ වේගයෙන් ක්රියාත්මක වෙනකොට තමන්ගේ ගැලවිල්ලට, මූනිච්චාවට PTA එකට විරුද්ධවෙන්න සලේලට පුලුවන්. නමුත් අපි කියන්නේ පරීක්ෂණවලට මුහුණ දෙන්න. අද මේ පරීක්ෂණය මෙහෙයවන ශානි අබේසේකරගෙන් එදා රාජපක්ෂලා පළිගන්නත් මේ PTA එකම තමයි පාවිච්චි කළේ. පරීක්ෂණ සහ අධිකරණ ක්රියාවලිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් මහජන විශ්වාසය බිදවට්ටන්න ගම්මන්පිල, වීරවංශ, දිලීත් ඇතුළු නඩය සැලසුම් සහගතව මැදිහත්වෙලා කියලා දැන් එකෙන් අධිකරණයට කරුණු වාර්තා වෙලා තියෙනවා.
අපරාදය කළේ උන්, මැරණෙත්, අද මැරි මැරී ජීවත් වෙන්නෙත් අපේවුන්. උන්ට ගැලවෙන්න උන් මේ පරීක්ෂණ කඩාකප්පල් කරන්න හැදුවත් ඒකට මේ රාජපක්ෂ චවුරයින්ට අපි ඉඩදෙන්නේ නෑ. මේ හැම එකෙක්ම මේකේ කොතනක හරි කොනක ඈදිලා ඉන්නේ. උන් වෙනුවෙන් උන්ට දහයක් දොළහක් කුලියට,පාරට ගේන්න පුලුවන්නම් යුක්තිය වෙනුවෙන්, වින්දිතයනුත් එකතු කරගෙන දස දහස් ගණනින් පාරට බහින්න අපිට පුලුවන්. අපි එහෙම බැහැපු අය බවත් මේ චවුරයින්ට ආයෙම අපි අද මීගමුවේ, බාල්දි හන්දියේදී පෙන්නුවා.

The investigations and court proceedings related to the Easter Sunday attack have now reached a critical stage. Through former Military Intelligence Chief Thuwan Suresh Sale, who is currently being questioned under CID custody, many secrets are now being revealed. Evidence has been presented that Sale was involved in planning this attack, directing it, and suppressing the investigations.
Furthermore, based on further revelations, the Fort Magistrate’s Court has imposed travel bans on two other military intelligence officers as well as on Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
Now the Rajapaksa camp is in chaos and agitation, like a snake splashed with kerosene. Udaya Gammanpila, Wimal Weerawansa, Sarath Weerasekara, Namal, and Dilith Jayaweera group have started a continuous protest (satyagraha) in Fort, demanding the release of Sale. However, due to public opposition, Gotabaya’s close associates were forced to withdraw this so-called protest within two days.
Sale began his fast demanding the abolition of the PTA (Prevention of Terrorism Act). Those who were detained under the PTA were treated in inhumane ways during the same period when these institutions were being run by them. The PTA should be abolished, and those of us who fight for justice have held that position from the beginning. But now, when investigations are being conducted properly and swiftly, Sale and his group are opposing the PTA out of convenience for their own escape. However, we say they must face the investigations. The same PTA was used by the Rajapaksas to take revenge on Shani Abeysekara, who is currently leading this investigation.
It has now been reported to court by the CID that Gammanpila, Weerawansa, Dilith, and others have systematically intervened to undermine public trust in the investigation and judicial process.
Those who committed the crime are the ones responsible; those who died are gone, and those who are still “dying while living” are our own people. Even if they try to disrupt these investigations to escape justice, we will not allow the Rajapaksa camp to do so. Every one of them is somehow connected to this matter. If they can bring ten or twelve hired people to the streets for their cause, then for justice, together with victims, we can bring tens of thousands to the streets. We have shown them that again today in Negombo, at Baaldi Junction.

CID பொறுப்பில் விசாரிக்கப்பட்டு வரும் முன்னாள் இராணுவப் புலனாய்வுத் தலைவர் துவான் சுரேஷ் சலே மூலம் தற்போது பல இரகசியங்கள் வெளிப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. சலே இந்தத் தாக்குதலைத் திட்டமிடுவதில் சம்பந்தப்பட்டதும், அதை இயக்குவதிலும், விசாரணையை முடக்குவதிலும் தொடர்புபட்டதற்கான சாட்சியங்கள் வெளிவந்துள்ளன.

சலே உண்ணாவிரதத்தைத் தொடங்கியது PTA ஒழிக்கக் கோரியே. PTA மூலம் தடுத்து வைக்கப்பட்டவர்களை மனிதாபிமானமற்ற முறையில் நடாத்தியது அவர்கள் அந்த நிறுவனத்தை நடத்திச் சென்ற காலத்திலாகும்.
PTA இரத்துச் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் நீதிக்காகப் போராடும் நாங்கள் அன்றிலிருந்து அந்த நிலைப்பாட்டில்தான் இருக்கிறோம். ஆனால் இப்போது இந்த விசாரணைகள் முறையாகவும் விரைவாகவும் நடத்தப்படுவதால் அதிலிருந்து விடுபடவும் தன்னுடைய ஆதாயத்திற்காகவும் PTA யை எதிர்க்க சலேக்களுக்கு முடியும். ஆனால் நாங்கள் சொல்வது விசாரணைகளுக்கு முகம் கொடுங்கள்.
இன்று இந்த விசாரணையை நடத்தி வரும் ஷானி அபேசேகர மீது பழிவாங்குவதற்காக அன்று ராஜபக்சாக்கள் இதே PTA யை பயன்படுத்திக் கொண்டனர்.
விசாரணை மற்றும் நீதித்துறை நடவடிக்கைகள் தொடர்பாக
பொதுமக்களின் நம்பிக்கையைக் குலைக்கும் நோக்கில், கமன்பில, வீரவன்ச, திலீத் உட்பட்ட குழுவினர் திட்டமிட்டு தலையிட்டுள்ளதாக CID மூலம நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
குற்றம் செய்தவர்கள் அவர்கள். இறந்ததும், இன்று இறந்து இறந்து வாழ்வதும் எம்மவர்கள். அவர்கள் தப்பிப்பதற்காக இந்த விசாரணைகளைச் சீர்குலைக்க அவர்கள் முயன்றால் இந்த ராஜபக்ச குண்டர்களுக்கை நாங்கள் இடமளிக்க மாட்டோம்.
இந்த எல்லாவற்றிலும் இங்கு எங்காவது மூலையில் தொடர்புபட்டுள்ளனர். அவர்களுக்காக அவர்களுக்கு பத்து பன்னிரண்டு பேரை கூலிக்கு வீதிக்கு கொண்டு வர முடியுமானால் நீதிக்காக, பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களையும் ஒன்று திரட்டி பல்லாயிரக்கணக்கில் வீதியில் இறக்க எமக்கு முடியும்.
