All existing members who wish to renew their membership IDs and past pupils applying for new LPPA membership IDs are kindly requested to submit the following:

Application Form (New Member)

2 passport-size photographs with 1 soft copy (via WhatsApp – 070 6670505)

A copy of your National Identity Card (NIC) or Passport

A copy of school leaving certificate (New Member)

Proof of LPPA Membership (for renewals)
