Last month Fazla Farook, a student from the Ramanadhan Academy of Fine Arts in Jaffna, spent a week at Mullegama Art Center working with renowned Sri Lankan artist and Art Center founder and director, Pala Pothupitiye.
Fazla says the experience was very informative: "It is a turning point for me as an artist and in my discussions with Pala, I learnt a lot about the reality of the art world."
