The Learning Tree Montessori

The Learning Tree Montessori A non profit, charity based Montessori established for the financially challenged in Mount Lavinia. Currently we have 15 children attending school regularly.

We are located in Mount Lavinia and have the capacity and space for at least 20 children. We provide them with stationery, uniforms and a meal every now and then.

As we learn about fruits, vegetables and farm animals this term, the teachers and kids went to Panda Farmacy to see, touch and even taste fresh produce!

Such a wonderful experience for every little one and adult! Seeing organic and sustainable farming done, right in the outskirts of Colombo, Panda Farmacy and the lovely uncle Paul taught us so much today!

Thank you for having us and for showing us all the plants and animals and also getting us breakfast from the garden! We loved every minute of it!
