Rotary Club of Galle | Bi-Weekly Meeting

Our bi-weekly meeting, held on 2nd August, was a productive evening of fellowship, collaboration, and planning as we discussed several upcoming service initiatives and club activities.

We were also delighted to welcome members of the Matara Team, a Prospective Rotary Club in District 3220. It was a pleasure to connect, exchange ideas, and strengthen the bonds that unite us in service.

Together, we continue to inspire, collaborate, and create lasting impact in our communities.

Know Your Rotary

In 1912, Rotary crossed borders with the chartering of the Rotary Club of Winnipeg, Canada—the first Rotary club outside the United States. This historic milestone marked the beginning of Rotary’s journey as a truly global movement, united by friendship, service, and shared purpose.

One idea. One club. One world of service.

Service Above Self.
