අපේ වනාන්තරවල සැබෑ රජවරුන් වන අලි ඇතුන් නැති ලෝකයක් ගැන හිතන්න පුළුවන්ද? අලි ඇතුන් කියන්නේ මුළු පරිසර පද්ධතියකම ජීවය පවත්වාගෙන යන මූලිකම සත්ව විශේෂයක්. සරලවම මෙයාලගෙ වාසස්ථාන ආශ්‍රිත පරිසර පද්ධති වල ඉන්න සමහර පුංචි ජීවී විශේෂ පවා තමන්ගෙ ජීවිතේ රැකගන්නෙ අලිඇතුන් නිසා කිව්වොත් නිවැරදියි 🌳🐘✨

ඒ වගේම තවත් විශේෂ කාරණාවක් තමයි ඔයාල ලංකාවෙ වනාන්තරවල දකින අලි ඇතුන් ඔයාලට දකින්න පුලුවන් ලංකාවෙදි විතරයි.ආසියානු අලින්ගෙ උප විශේෂයක් වෙන ශ්‍රී ලංකා අලියා(Sri Lankan Elephant) තමා ඔයාලට අපේ රටේ දකින්න ලැබෙන්නෙ.

පරිසර පද්ධතියේ සමතුලිතතාවය රකින මේ දැවැන්ත මිතුරන් අද වෙනකොට මිනිස් ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සහ අලි-මිනිස් ගැටුම් නිසා ලොකු තර්ජනයකට මුහුණ දීලා ඉන්නවා. අද වැනි දිනයක අපේ අනාගත පරම්පරාව උදෙසා මේ පරිසරයේ අයිතිකරුවන් ආරක්ෂා කරගන්න අපි සැමදෙනාම එකතු වෙමු!

සර්පයෙක් දැක්ක ගමන් ගොඩක් අයට මුලින්ම එන්නේ ලොකු බයක්.ඒක කාලයක් තිස්සෙ අපේ සාමාජීය පරිසරයත් එක්ක මිනිස්සු හදාගත්ත බයක්.

බුදුදහමෙ එන "විසඝෝර සර්පයා, දැකනෑර මෝඩයා" යන පිරුළෙන් කියවෙන්නෙ කෝපය,වෛරය,තණ්හාව වගේ සිතුවිලි දැක දැකත් ඒවා අත්නොහරින කෙනා මෝඩයෙක් බව උනත් සමහර මිනිස්සු මේක වැරදි විදියට අර්ථකථනය කරගෙන අහිංසක සර්පයන් විනාශ කරනවා.

සර්පයො කියන්නේ අපේ පරිසර පද්ධතියේ ඉන්න ඉතාම වැදගත් කොටස්කාරයො පිරිසක්.

ඊයේ, ඒ කියන්නේ ජූලි 16 වැනිදාට යෙදිලා තිබුණු "ලෝක සර්ප දිනයේ" මූලිකම අරමුණ වුණෙත් සර්පයන් ගැන මිනිස්සුන් තුළ තියෙන වැරදි බය සහ මතයන් දුරු කරන එකයි.

ගොවිතැන විනාශ කරන, ලෙඩ රෝග පතුරවන මීයන් වගේ පළිබෝධකයන් ස්වභාවිකවම පාලනය කරලා පරිසරයේ සමතුලිතතාවය රකින්න සර්පයන්ගෙන් ලැබෙන්නේ විශාල දායකත්වයක්. ඒ වගේම සර්ප දෂ්ටන වලට දෙන ප්‍රතිවිෂ (Anti-venom) වගේම තවත් මාරාන්තික රෝග රැසකට ඖෂධ නිපදවන්නෙත් සර්ප විෂ භාවිතයෙන්.

ලංකාවේ ඉන්න සර්ප විශේෂ 100කට අධික ප්‍රමාණයෙන් බහුතරයක්ම නිර්විශ හෝ මදවිෂ සතුන් වන අතර, මාරාන්තික විෂ සහිත වෙන්නේ විශේෂ කිහිපයක් විතරයි.සර්පයෝ කියන්නේ නිකරුණේ මිනිසුන්ට පහර දෙන සතුන් පිරිසක් නෙවෙයි, උන්ට අනතුරක් දැනුණොත් විතරයි උන් ආත්මාරක්ෂාවට සටන් කරන්නේ.

ඒ නිසා සර්පයෙක් දුටු සැණින් මරා දමන්නේ නැතිව, උන්ගෙනුත් පරිසරයට සිදුවන මෙහෙය වටහාගෙන සොබාදහමේ මේ අපූරු සත්වයන් සුරැකීමට පෙළඹෙමු! 🐍💚
