💪 සවිබල ගැන්වුණු ශ්රමිකයෙක් - සෞඛ්යමත් සහ නායකත්වයෙන් පිරි හෙටක්! ✨
කටුනායක නිදහස් වෙළඳ කලාපයේ සේවය කරන අපේ සහෝදර සහෝදරියන්ගේ සෞඛ්ය සහ වෘත්තීයමය අයිතිවාසිකම් සවිබල ගැන්වීම වෙනුවෙන් සංවිධානය කෙරුණු සුවිශේෂී දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් පසුගිය 2026 මැයි 17 වනදා කටුනායක - ඇවරිවත්ත ප්රදේශයේදී සාර්ථකව පවත්වනු ලැබුවා.
කාන්තා හා පිරිමි ශ්රමිකයන් 25 දෙනෙකුගේ සක්රීය සහභාගිත්වයෙන් පැවැත්වුණු මෙම වැඩසටහනේදී අපේ ජීවිතවලට සෘජුවම බලපාන කරුණු රැසක් පිළිබඳව ක්ෂේත්රයේ ප්රවීණයන් විසින් දීර්ඝ වශයෙන් සාකච්ඡා කරමින් වටිනා තොරතුරු රැසක් බෙදාහදා ගනු ලැබුවා. 📌
🛑 ප්රාදේශීය පවුල් සෞඛ්ය සේවා නිලධාරිනී මහත්මිය විසින් "ලිංගික හා ප්රජනන සෞඛ්යය" යටතේ:
* ලිංගික හා ප්රජනන සෞඛ්ය අයිතිවාසිකම් රැකගැනීම
* ශ්රමික ප්රජාව මුහුණ දෙන සෞඛ්යමය ගැටලු සහ ඒවායින් ආරක්ෂා වීම
* පවුල් සැලසුම්කරණය සහ නිරෝගී පවුල් ජීවිතයක් පවත්වාගෙන යාම
* කාන්තා සහ පිරිමි පාර්ශ්වයන් තමන්ගේ ශාරීරික මෙන්ම මානසික සෞඛ්යය සමබරව තබාගන්නා ආකාරය පිළිබඳව ඉතාමත් ප්රායෝගිකව කරුණු පැහැදිලි කළාය.

With the core vision of uplifting the health and labor rights of our brothers and sisters working in the Katunayake Free Trade Zone, a special awareness program was successfully held on May 17, 2026, in the Avariwatta area, Katunayake.
Bringing together 25 male and female workers, the program served as a vital platform where experts discussed a wide range of critical topics that directly impact our daily lives and well-being. 📌
🛑 Key areas discussed under "Sexual and Reproductive Health" by the Regional Public Health Midwife:
* Safeguarding sexual and reproductive health rights.
* Identifying and preventing health challenges faced by the working community.
* Family planning and maintaining a healthy family life.
* Practical guidance for both men and women on balancing physical and mental well-being.
🛑 Key areas discussed under "Leadership" by the Social Development Officer from the Katana Divisional Secretariat:
* Cultivating leadership qualities and personality development within the worker community.
* The immense value of collective action and solidarity in the workplace and society.
* Standing up responsibly for one’s rights and integrating core leadership traits into daily life.
