நீண்ட காலமாக சரியான தலைமை இல்லாமல், சரியான நேரத்தில் ஒரு கணக்காய்வாளர் நாயகத்தை நியமிக்க ஜனாதிபதி தவறியது குறித்து டிரான்ஸ்பரன்சி இன்டர்நேஷனல் ஸ்ரீ லங்கா - TISL , தார்மீக தலைமுறைக்கான இலட்சிய நிறுவனம் - AIMG, மற்றும் கீழே பெயர்
குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள சிவில் சமூக அமைப்புகள், மற்றும் ஏனைய பங்குதாரர்கள் தங்கள் பாரிய கரிசணையை வெளிப்படுத்துகின்றனர். பொதுமக்கள் நம்பிக்கை, நிதிப் பொறுப்புடைமை மற்றும் வலுவான மேற்பார்வை ஆகியவை அரசியலமைப்பின் அடிப்படையில் கட்டாயமானவையாக மட்டுமல்ல, அவசரமாக தேவைப்படும் இக்கட்டான தருணத்தில் இத்தாமதம் நிகழ்ந்துள்ளது.

Transparency International Sri Lanka - TISL , Ambitious Institution for Moral Generation - AIMG , the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and the other activists mentioned below express serious concern over the continued failure of the President to ensure the timely appointment of the Auditor General, leaving Sri Lanka’s supreme audit institution without stable leadership for an extended period of time. This delay comes at a moment when public trust, financial accountability, and robust oversight are not only constitutionally required but urgently needed.

ජනාධිපතිවරයා විසින් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ උත්තරීතරම විගණන ආයතනය වන විගණකාධිපති දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව දීර්ඝ කාලයක් තිස්සේ, විගණකාධිපතිවරයෙකු නිසි කලට පත් නොකොට, නිසි නායකත්වයක් නොමැතිව කාලයක් පුරා පවත්වා ගෙන යෑම සම්බන්ධයෙන්, ට්‍රාන්ස්පේරන්සි ඉන්ටනැෂනල් ශ්‍රී ලංකා ආයතනය - TISL , ඇම්බිසයස් ඉන්ස්ටිටූෂන් ෆෝ මෝරල් ජෙනරේෂන් - AIMG , පහත නම් සඳහන් සිවිල් සමාජ සංවිධාන, සහ සමාජ ක්‍රියාකාරීහු, ස්වකීය බරපතල කනස්සල්ල පළ කරති. මෙම ප්‍රමාදය උද්ගතව ඇත්තේ මහජන භාරය, මුල්‍ය වගවීම හා දැඩි අධීක්ෂණය හුදු ව්‍යවස්ථාපිත අවශ්‍යතාවක් පමණක් නොව, මෙම පත් කිරීම රටේ හදිසි අවශ්‍යතාවක් වන හෙයිනි.

AIMG expresses deep concern over the prolonged delay of a retired principal’s personal file at the Zonal Education Office – Kinniya. Such administrative lapses violate transparency, accountability, and the rights of all education-sector staff.
We urge the authorities to take immediate action and ensure timely, fair, and lawful processing of all personnel and pension documents.

கிண்ணியா வலயக் கல்வி அலுவலகத்தில் ஓய்வுபெற்ற அதிபரின் தனிப்பட்ட கோப்பு நீண்ட காலமாக தாமதமாகி வருவது குறித்து AIMG ஆழ்ந்த கவலையை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது. இத்தகைய நிர்வாகக் குறைபாடுகள் வெளிப்படைத்தன்மை, பொறுப்புக்கூறல் மற்றும் அனைத்து கல்வித் துறை ஊழியர்களின் உரிமைகளையும் மீறுகின்றன.

Empowering Voices. Advancing Political Representation. No One Left Behind.

AIMG, with the support of ESDF, successfully conducted the “Common Forum – Dialogue for Representation” under our No More Sidelines initiative creating an inclusive platform for youth, women, persons with disabilities (PWDs), internally displaced communities (IDPs), indigenous groups, and local officials to engage in meaningful dialogue.

Participants shared their real experiences of exclusion, expressed their challenges in accessing political participation, and collaboratively identified practical commitments to promote inclusive local governance and representation.

On 14 October 2025, AIMG with the support of ESDF conducted the “Common Forum – Dialogue for Representation” in Muttur, under our No More Sidelines initiative.

The forum brought together youth, women, persons with disabilities (PWDs), IDPs, indigenous communities and local administrative officers, creating a shared space to raise real community concerns directly with decision-makers.

Participants discussed barriers to political participation, shared lived experiences of exclusion, and worked collectively to outline actionable steps toward more inclusive local representation.

"கிண்ணியா வரலாற்றை ஆவணப்படுத்தல்" எனும் நோக்கில் முக்கிய கலந்துரையாடல் ஒன்றை AIMG நிறுவனத்தினால் கடந்த 16ம் திகதி சனிக்கிழமை, கிண்ணியா பெரியாற்றுமுனை பல்நோக்கு மண்டபத்தில் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது. இந்த நிகழ்வில் வளவாளராக கலாநிதி ரவூப் ஸெய்ன் கலந்துகொண்டார்.

கிண்ணியாவின் வரலாற்றில் ஆர்வம் கொண்ட பல மூத்த தலைவர்கள், எழுத்தாளர்கள், மற்றும் சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.

நிகழ்வில் முன்வைக்கப்பட்ட முக்கிய கருத்துகள்:

* வரலாறு தொகுப்பின் அவசியம்: இலங்கை முஸ்லிம்கள் மற்றும் கிண்ணியாவின் வரலாற்றை அறிவியல் பூர்வமாக ஆவணப்படுத்த வேண்டியதன் அவசியம் வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டது.

* நவீன ஆய்வு முறைகள்: வாய்வழித் தகவல்களை மட்டும் சார்ந்திராமல், நவீன ஆய்வு முறைகளைப் பயன்படுத்தி வரலாற்றை எழுதுவது பற்றி விவாதிக்கப்பட்டது.

* ஆய்வுப் பகுதிகள்: கிண்ணியாவின் வரலாற்றில் ஆய்வு செய்யப்பட வேண்டிய முக்கிய தலைப்புகள் அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டன.

* ஆய்வுக் குழு: இன் நிகழ்வின் இறுதியில் KHRF-Kinniya's History Research Forum எனும் தலைப்பில் ஆய்வுக் குழு ஒன்று நிறுவப்பட்டது.மேலும் இவ் ஆய்வுக் குழுவில் இணைய விரும்பும் எழுத்தாளர்கள்,தன்னார்வலர்கள் மற்றும் சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள் இணைத்துக் கொள்வதாக தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டது .

இந்த நிகழ்வு நமது சமூகத்தின் வேர்களைப் புரிந்துகொள்ள ஒரு முக்கியமான தொடக்கமாகும். ஒவ்வொருவரும் தங்கள் பங்களிப்பை அளித்து, கிண்ணியாவின் வரலாற்றை ஒன்றுபட்டு எழுத வேண்டும் என அழைப்பு விடுக்கப்பட்டது.

அன்பார்ந்த கிண்ணியாவாழ் உறவுகளே,

பல நூற்றாண்டுகளாகத் தொடரும் தொன்மையையும் பெருமையும் கொண்ட கிண்ணியாவின் வரலாற்றை எழுத்துப்பூர்வமாக தொகுத்து பாதுகாப்பது இக்காலத்தின் முக்கியமான தேவை ஆகும். இந்த பணியை ஆரம்பிப்பதற்கான முயற்சியாக, வரலாற்று ஆர்வமுள்ளோர், எழுத்தாளர்கள், மூத்த குடிமக்கள், புத்திஜீவிகள் மற்றும் நலன்விரும்பிகள் ஆகியோரின் ஆதரவும் பங்களிப்பும் மிகவும் அவசியமாகிறது.

இந்த முயற்சியின் முதற்கட்ட நிகழ்வாகவும், “கிண்ணியா வரலாற்று ஆய்வாளர் சங்கம்” எனும் அமைப்பை உருவாக்கும் நோக்குடன், மேற்கண்ட தரப்பினருக்காக ஒரு செயலமர்வை ஒருங்கிணைத்து நடத்த திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
