For children affected by Cyclone Ditwah, returning to school is a meaningful step toward healing and rebuilding their dreams. With the generous support of the Disaster Relief Fund of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Red Cross, the Sri Lanka Red Cross Society continues to stand beside affected families.

❤️ Annual General Meeting & Youth Committee Appointment 2026 ❤️

The Annual General Meeting and Election of the Sri Lanka Red Cross Society was successfully held on 09th May 2026 at the Kandy Branch premises.
During the event, the honorable Youth Committee of the Kandy Branch was officially appointed, marking another important step in strengthening youth leadership and humanitarian service within the branch. 🤝✨

The occasion was graced by Branch Director Ms.Kumari Kothalawala, Honorary National Youth Secretary Interim Committee Mr. Dulitha Fernando, Branch Chairman Ananda Uyanwatta, together with the branch committee members, branch staff, and youth volunteers.
