The Interactors of Interact Club Of Highlands College directed the students of Vellaioya-Divison 2 school to it by what they amuse of their minds, so that they may be better able to discover with accuracy the peculiar bent of the genius inside them each, of their own.

The Scholarship Working Books were given today to the students of Grade 5 to receive their mainstream education in taking control of their lessons daily. It was a remarkable event in which Interact Club Of Highlands College picked this project very meticulously, to be meaningful.

The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it away from you. Be the change you wish to see in the world!

Culture is the widening of the mind and of the spirit.

The Interact Club Of Highlands College celebrated a culture of work together with leisure as gratification today. The Pongal Celebrations for the year 2018 was organized together with the Grade 6 Sinhala Medium students of Sripada centrall college,hatton and the bilingual stream of Highlands College in the intention of understanding culture and learning about one another.

It's amazed all over again by how magnified this project's importance has become, far beyond its being an important International Understanding Avenue.

As the Interact year 2016/2017 is alarmingly coming to an end, a meeting with the sponsoring club- Rotary Club of Wattala was organized by the ICHC 2016/2017 committee members. The annual report and project reports were handed over to the President Rtn.PHF.Dinesh Selliah and Zonal Representative(Hatton Zone) Int.PP. Đhiviā Sritharan.
Two community serving projects were done after the meeting.
1. Donating Books to a Library at Darawala upper division.
2.Providing paint and supplementary books to the students of Tilary T.V.

It's our duty to thank Int.PP. Chathula Fernando, our District Interact Representative for a fruitful year 2016/2017.

The ICHC organized " Diwali- The Celebration of Lights" on the 25th of October 2016 at the school premises. The motive of the celebration was that from darkness unto light-the light should empower to commit ourselves to good deeds, that which brings us closer to divinity. The culture was very well represented by the Interactors wearing cultural attire, conducting Rangoli patter and some cultural competitions , making and sharing of Diwali sweets with their fellow mates where the environment was decorated expressing the tradition. The Highlevel International School, an upcoming Interact Club in the Hatton zone was invited an their presence and participation in the programme was highly appreciated by the ICHC.
