Mother Richmond, with all of her glory, celebrates her 147th Birthday Today..

On a day almost like today in 1876, a Monday, the collective effort of Methodist Church to establish a High school in Galle became a Reality.

Coincidentally, the huge undertaking by Richmond College Old Boys' Association to bestow her Heritage to the years to come - the RICHMOND HERITAGE MUSEUM also bears fruit today...

ගාල්ල රිච්මන්ඩ් විද්‍යාලයීය මාර්ග ආරක්ෂක ඒකකයේ ආරම්භය වර්ශ 1979 දක්වා ඈතකට දිවයයි.එවකට විදුහලේ විදුහල්පති ධුරන්දර ගරු.බී.සූරියආරච්චි මැතිතුමාගේ කාලවකවානුවේදී සමස්ත පාසල් ගුරු සිසු ආරක්ෂාව උදෙසා ආදි ගුරු රාජා වීරසිංහ මහතාගේ අචාර්‍යයත්වයෙන් රිච්මන්ඩ් විද්‍යයාලයේදී පිහිටුවනු ලැබීය.😍එය අද දක්වාම අඛණ්ඩව දශක ගණනක් පැවතගෙන පැමිණීම සතුටට කරුණකී...❤️😍
