ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR POSITIONS

We are opening applications for:

*01 | Assistant Director – Digital Innovation*
Lead the division that brings together technology, digital systems, automation and innovation to make HFS smarter, more secure and future-ready.

*02 | Assistant Director – Finance*
Support financial management, budgeting, fundraising, sustainability and transparent financial practices.

*03 | Assistant Director – Impact & Evidence*
Support research, monitoring, evaluation, impact measurement and evidence-based decision-making across our projects.

*04 | Assistant Director – People & Culture*
Help build our people, culture and leadership pipeline through recruitment, engagement, welfare, recognition and development.

🎨 CREATIVE POSITIONS

Help shape the visual identity of HFS through creative designs, campaigns, publications and digital content.

🌱 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You don't need to have everything figured out. We're looking for people who are:

✨ Passionate about youth-led initiatives
✨ Willing to learn, unlearn and grow
✨ Creative, responsible and proactive
✨ Interested in making meaningful impact
For leadership positions, an understanding of *coordination, decision-making, organizational systems and youth-led work* will be an advantage

⏳ THE COMMITMENT

Associate Director roles require approximately *6–8 hours per month on average*, including monthly ELT meetings and quarterly governance reviews.

More importantly, we are looking for *commitment, accountability and professionalism*.
It's an opportunity to *build, lead and leave something behind.*
