අද දින අස්මා පදනමේ සභාපති සහ ප්රධානී **ලහිරීන් සයිෆුදීන් මහතා** විසින් අස්මා පදනමේ කීර්තිනාමයට හානි කිරීමේ අරමුණින් සමාජ මාධ්ය ඔස්සේ ප්රචාරය කරනු ලබන අසත්ය චෝදනා, අපහාසාත්මක ප්රකාශ සහ නොමඟ යවන ප්රචාර සම්බන්ධයෙන් අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව (CID) වෙත නිල පැමිණිල්ලක් භාර දෙන ලදී.
අස්මා පදනම ආරම්භ කළ දිනයේ සිටම අධ්යාපනය, සමාජ සුබසාධනය, මානුෂීය සේවය සහ විනිවිදභාවය මූලික කරගෙන ජනතාවට සේවය කරන ආයතනයකි.
නොමිලේ අල් කුර්ආන් අධ්යාපනය, ඉංග්රීසි, සිංහල හා ගණිත පන්ති, විවිධ පුහුණු වැඩමුළු, නොමිලේ ඇස් කණ්ණාඩි ව්යාපෘති සහ තවත් බොහෝ සමාජ සේවා වැඩසටහන් හරහා දහස් සංඛ්යාත පිරිසකට සේවය කිරීමට අපට හැකි වී තිබේ.
ඕනෑම පුද්ගලයෙකුට සමාජ මාධ්ය තුළ අසත්ය ප්රකාශ සිදු කළ හැකිය. නමුත් **සත්යය සනාථ වන්නේ සාක්ෂි, ලේඛන සහ නීතිය මගිනි.**
එබැවින් අස්මා පදනම කිසිවිටෙකත් අසත්ය ප්රචාරවලට අසත්යයෙන් පිළිතුරු නොදෙන අතර, සෑම විටම නීත්යානුකූල ක්රියාමාර්ග ඔස්සේම තම ආයතනයේ කීර්තිනාමය ආරක්ෂා කරනු ඇත.
අදාළ බලධාරීන් පිළිබඳ අපට පූර්ණ විශ්වාසයක් ඇති අතර, අවශ්ය සියලු සාක්ෂි සහ ලේඛන නීත්යානුකූලව ඉදිරිපත් කරමින් සම්පූර්ණ සහයෝගය ලබාදෙන්නෙමු.
අපගේ පණිවිඩය ඉතා සරලයි.
✅ අපි දිගටම සේවය කරන්නෙමු.
✅ අපි දිගටම අධ්යාපනය ලබා දෙන්නෙමු.
✅ අපි සත්යය වෙනුවෙන් නොසැලී සිටින්නෙමු.
✅ අපගේ ආයතනයේ කීර්තිනාමය සහ ගෞරවය නීත්යානුකූලව ආරක්ෂා කරන්නෙමු.
අසත්ය ප්රචාර කිසිදා අවංකභාවය, කැපවීම සහ මානුෂීය සේවය මත ගොඩනැගුණු ආයතනයක් නතර කළ නොහැක.
මෙම අවස්ථාවේදී අස්මා පදනම සමඟ නොසැලී රැඳී සිටින සියලු විධායක කමිටු සාමාජිකයින්, ස්වේච්ඡා සේවකයින්, සිසුන්, දෙමාපියන්, හිතවතුන් සහ සියලුම සහයෝගීන්ට අපගේ හෘදයාංගම ස්තුතිය පුද කරමු.

Today, our Chairman & President, **Mr. Lahireen Saifudeen**, officially submitted a complaint to the **Criminal Investigation Department (CID)** regarding the false allegations, defamatory social media content, and misleading rumours that have been spread with the intention of damaging the reputation and credibility of **ASMA Foundation**.
Since its establishment, **ASMA Foundation** has been committed to serving the community through education, humanitarian work, social welfare initiatives, and transparency. Our mission has always been to uplift lives by providing free educational programs, community development projects, and welfare services for those in need.
Anyone can make false statements or spread rumours on social media. However, **the truth is established through facts, evidence, and the rule of law—not through rumours or false accusations.**
As a responsible organization, we have chosen to address this matter through the proper legal process rather than engaging in unnecessary arguments or responding with misinformation.
We have full confidence in the legal authorities and will continue to cooperate by providing all necessary evidence and documentation.
Our message is clear:
