ලංකාවේ දැනට තියෙන්නේ දියවැඩියාව රෝගීන් වගා කරලා නඩත්තු කරන ක්‍රමයක්. රෝගීන් ඇති ඇති වෙන එක වළක්වන්න හරි, රෝගීන් ඇතිවෙන එක ප්‍රමාද කරන්න හරි ලංකාවේ සෞඛ්‍ය සේවාව තුළ ඇත්ත ක්‍රමයක් නැහැ.

සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශයේ මනස හැම වෙලාවෙම රෝගීන් ඇතිවෙන එක වලක්වගන්න වගබලා ගන්නවට වඩා, රෝගීන් ඇති කරලා ඔවුන්ව රැකබලා හ ගන්න විශාල කැමැත්තක් දක්වනවා.

ලෝක සෞඛ්‍ය සංවිධානය වගේ ආධාර ගන්න සංවිධාන වලට සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශය කොච්චර බොරු කිව්වත්. , ඇත්තටම අපේ රටේ මොන පුරවැසියටද පුළුවන්කමක් තියෙන්නේ රෝහලකට ගිහිල්ලා තමන්ට දියවැඩියාව හෝ වෙනත් රෝගයක් හැදීමේ අවධානමක් තියෙනවද කියල දැනගන්න පරීක්ෂණයක් කරන්න. තමන්ට අහවල් රෝග අවධානම තියෙන නිසා ඒකෙන් ගැලවෙන්න ඕනේ කියලා කාට හරි පුළුවන්කමක් තියෙනවාද අපේ රටේ රෝහලකට ගිහිල්ලා පෝෂණ උපදේශයක් වගේ එකක් ගන්න.

සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශයේ නිකං ඉඳලා පෝෂණය වෙන රසායනාගාර සේවාවේ ජනරාල් ඇතුළු ජනරාල්ලා මේවට අසූ කෙළක් දේවල් කියයි. ඒත් මේ රටේ පුරවැසියෝ දන්නවා ඇත්තටම තමන්ට එහෙම පහසුකමක් නැති බව.

එහෙම පහසුකමක් නැතුව පුරවැසියෝ කොහොමද තමන්ට දියවැඩියාව හෝ එවැනි බෝ නොවන රෝගයක් වළක්වා ගන්නේ. ආණ්ඩුවෙන් වියදම් කරන මුදල පැත්තක තිබ්බත් අපේ රටේ සෞඛ්‍ය සේවාව ක්‍රමානුකූල කරන්න ලෝක සෞඛ්‍ය සංවිධානය, ලෝක බැංකුව ගෝලීය අරමුදල වැනි ජාත්‍යන්තර ආධාර කන්දරාවක් කාබාසිනියා කරමින් හිටියට අපේ රටේ දියවැඩියාව වැනි වැනි රෝග වල ප්‍රවණතාවයවත් හරියට කියන්න පුළුවන් දත්ත නිර්මාණය කරන, ඒවා එකතු කරගන්න ක්‍රමයක් තවම සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශයට නැහැ.

ලංකාවේ මරණානුපාතයෙන් සිහියට අසූ දෙකකටවඩා මිය යන්නේ දියවැඩියාව රෝගය වැනි බෝන වනරෝග නිසයි. ඒත් මෙවැනි රෝග පාලනය කරන්න ලෝකයේ පාවිච්චි වන ප්‍රධාන ක්‍රමය තමයි රසායනාගාර පරීක්ෂණවලින් නි රෝග ඇතිවීමේ අවධානම ඇති පුරවැසියන්ව හඳුනා ගැනීම. අපේ රටේ එහෙම පරීක්ෂණ රජයේ රෝහල්වල කරන්නේ නැති තරම්.

ඒ නිසා බොහෝ පුරවැසියන් ලෙඩේ හදාගෙන, තමන් විසින්ම රෝගය හඳුනාගත හැකි පරිදි ලෙඩේ වැඩි කරගෙන තමයි රෝහලට එන්නේ. එහෙම ආවොත් විතරයි අපි පරීක්ෂණය කරන්නේ. ඊට පස්සේ අපි ප්‍රශස්ත විදිහට ඔවුන්ට බෙහෙත් පෙති කිලෝ ගනන් ගිල්ලනවා. විශාල මුදලක් වැය කරලා ඔවුන්ගේ කකුල් අතපය ප්‍රශස්ත විදිහට කපල දානවා. ඒක තමයි ඉතා දියුණු හැකියාවක් සහ සෞඛ්‍ය සාක්ෂරතාවයක් තියෙන විශේෂඥ වෛද්‍යවරුන් ඇතුළු සෞඛ්‍ය වෘත්තිකයන් විදිහට දැනට අපි සතුටු වෙමින් තිබෙන විදිය.

පැප් පරීක්ෂණය (පැප් ස්මියර්) - කාන්තා සෞඛ්‍යය ආරක්ෂා කිරීම 💙

පැප් පරීක්ෂණය කාන්තාවන් සඳහා සිදුකරන සරල හා වැදගත් පරීක්ෂණ පරීක්ෂණයකි.

👉 ගැබ්ගෙල සෛලවල මුල් වෙනස්කම් හඳුනා ගනී.

👉 ගැබ්ගෙල පිළිකාව කලින් හඳුනා ගැනීමෙන් එය වළක්වා ගැනීමට උපකාරී වේ.

👉 ආසාදන හඳුනා ගැනීමට දබ්හැකිය.

🧪 එය සිදු කරන ආකාරය:

වෛද්‍යවරයා කුඩා බුරුසුවක් හෝ spatula එකක් භාවිතයෙන් ගැබ්ගෙලෙන් සෛල මෘදු ලෙස එකතු කරයි.

නියැදිය වීදුරු ස්ලයිඩයක් මත අතුරා හෝ ද්‍රව මාධ්‍යයක තබා ඇත.

රසායනාගාරයේදී, පැප් වර්ණකය (පැපනිකොලෝ වට්ණක) වලින් වර්ණ ගන්වා අන්වීක්ෂයක් යටතේ පරීක්ෂා කරනු ලැබේ.

සම්පූර්ණ ක්‍රියා පටිපාටිය සඳහා මිනිත්තු කිහිපයක් පමණක් ගතවේ; සාමාන්‍යයෙන් වේදනා රහිතය. නමුත් තරමක් අපහසුතාවයක් දැනිය හැකිය.

📝 රෝගියා සූදානම් වීම:

✅ හොඳම කාලය - ඔසප් වීම නොමැති විට.

✅ පරීක්ෂණයට දින 2-3 කට පෙර යෝනි ඖෂධ, ඩච් කිරීම හෝ ක්‍රීම් වලින් වළකින්න.

✅ පරීක්ෂණයට පැය 24 කට පෙර ලිංගික සංසර්ගයෙන් වළකින්න.

✅ විවේක ගන්න - පරීක්ෂණය ඉක්මන් හා ආරක්ෂිතයි.

✅ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ, පැප් ස්මියර් පරීක්ෂාව සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ජාතික වැඩසටහන හරහා අවුරුදු 35 ට වැඩි කාන්තාවන්ට පිරිනමනු ලැබේ.

🌸 මිනිත්තු කිහිපයක පරීක්ෂණයකින් ඔබේ අනාගත සෞඛ්‍යය ආරක්ෂා කර ගත හැකිය.

Pap Test (Pap Smear) – Protecting Women’s Health 💙

The Pap test is a simple and important screening test for women.

👉 Detects early changes in cervical cells.
👉 Helps prevent cervical cancer by finding it early.
👉 Can also show infections or inflammation.

🧪 How it’s done:

The doctor gently collects cells from the cervix using a small brush or spatula.

The sample is spread on a glass slide or placed in a liquid medium.

In the laboratory, the smear is stained with the Pap stain (Papanicolaou stain) and examined under a microscope.

The whole procedure only takes a few minutes; usually painless, but may feel slightly uncomfortable.

📝 Patient preparation:

✅ Best time – when you are not on your period.

✅ Avoid vaginal medicines, douching, or creams for 2–3 days before the test.

✅ Avoid sexual in*******se 24 hours before the test.

✅ Relax – the test is quick and safe.

✅ In Sri Lanka, Pap smear screening is usually offered to women above 35 years through the national program.

🩸 IGRA (රුධිරය ආශ්‍රිත පරීක්ෂණය) – රුධිරය මඟින් TB ආසාදනය හඳුනා ගැනීම

IGRA පරීක්ෂණය යනු, මිනිස් රුධිරය පරීක්ෂා කිරීම මඟින් රෝග (TB) ආසාදනය හඳුනා ගැනීමට භාවිතා වන නවීන පරීක්ෂණයකි.

👉 TB බැක්ටීරියාවට ඇති රුධිරයේ ප්‍රතිශක්ති ප්‍රතිචාරය හඳුනා ගැනීම මෙහිදී සිදුවේ.

👉 රෝග ලක්ෂණ නොමැතිව තිබිය හැකි සැඟවුණු TB ආසාදනය හඳුනා ගැනීමටද උපකාරී වේ.

👉 වේගවත් සහ විශ්වාසදායකව ප්‍රතිඵල ලබා දී, වෛද්‍යවරුන්ට හොඳම ප්‍රතිකාර සැලසුම සකස් කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය තොරතුරු සපයයි.

📌 වැදගත්: TB ආසාදනය ඉක්මනින් හඳුනා ගත යුතුය, එවිට ප්‍රතිකාර සාර්ථකව සිදු කළ හැකි අතර රෝගය පැතිරීම වැළැක්විය හැකිය.
