The Anandian Junior Taekwondo Squad delivered an outstanding performance at the National Junior Taekwondo Championship 2026, which was held from 9th to 12th at the Wathupitiwala Indoor Stadium. At the championship, Sanuka Nethmitha won the Gold Medal in the Under 45 kg weight category and earned selection to the National Junior Squad, while , Rusiru Dadigama secured the Bronze Medal in the 55–59 kg weight category, while Hiviru Rajapaksha claimed the Bronze Medal in the 63–68 kg weight category.
